I have opened a ticket requesting for CSC to be included at coins-e. I have no useful skills to help out the community so this is the least I could do... Considering that some of their other coins have far lower trade volume than CSC @ Cryptsy, I don't really see why they won't add it in their portfolio. Have others requested CSC to be added to other exchanges? If not, can we all show support for this coin by sending them more requests like mine to exchanges such as Vircurex, Coins-e, bter etc? I've also let them know about the potential for this coin going bigger once sites such as casinocoincity opens up. Maybe others can do the same?

We should really try to get this coin on the exchanges as it will boost credibility.

What domains do you currently hold I have quite a few in my portfolio as well.
There needs to be a few changes made to the source before we ask any more exchanges to bring the coin in.
These multipools are screwing with a lot of things, mining the most profitable coin and just dumping.. What a waste they completely messed up doge and are on the right track to doing it to csc if we fall back down as the most profitable coin again.

Multipools didn't mess up doge, doge being a joke coin turned internet fad messed up doge coin. People were buying at prices that would have required over a million USD to continually flow into the coin each and every day to maintain given its billion coin per day inflation. If a coin requires all its miners to just hold it and not sell much in order to maintain its value then it's overvalued.

As far as casinocoin goes I'd be wary of changing things too much to try to thwart multipools since often times those battles turn into scorched earth situations in which nobody wins. Many of the countermeasure and coin parameters that have been tried have ended up having significant unintended consequences.

One mild and passive defense casinocoin already has is that it's a 30 second coin. Doubling hash rate will not halve block time since stale rates and orphans increase non-linearly as actual time per block decreases. At 30 seconds per block your real world mining output is probably going to be in the vicinity of 85% of the theoretical output. You're only getting 60-something percent once hash rate goes up enough to put the coin around 15 seconds. The more established multipool operators are aware of this but the average profit jumping small miner looking at a site like coinwarz often isn't. They'll pile in to whatever's on top of the list without a second thought. The one upside of that is that now you have more people with casinocoin and a small portion of them may choose to hold rather than immediately sell.

The one solution to volatility that I see is to just build the value of and demand for this coin. If that happens then steady hash will increase and the difficulty fluctuation caused by profit switching will lessen.

Anyhow, we should not worry too much about the multipools atm I agree. Until we have some stable places where people can spend/gamble casinocoins it does not have much value.

Well, the site came back and my deposit was there
The deposit and withdrawal was almost instant with BTC. I don't think they wait for confirmations to let you play.

I guess in practice it really doesn't matter too much with confirms unless you're talking about large amounts of money, especially on the deposit side of things. As long there's time for sufficient confirmations of the deposit before a withdrawal occurs there should be no problem for a house game. I also think it would be safe to allow play below a certain level even on games with other players if things were tuned correctly.

It is so hard to get through to Btc-e, and I don't think they will adopt CSC quite yet as it is not traded on all other exchanges.
Your very right whoever decides to contact btc-e needs to plan it out first as you don't want to blow the shot and piss them off.

Once Csc has some casinos, merchants, and more persons behind the community backing it up these exchanges will adapt csc no problem.

You guys are right, but the multipools can do some damage.. Just look at how the diff fluctuated during the days it was most profitable on cwarz.

Have you seen https://www.casinowebscripts.com/ seems cheaper than the swiss one. Not looked into it very much. To benefit the CSC itself a casino should be based only on the CSC and not support other coins. Only then will the amount of CSC transactions rise.

I have a friend that plays holdem at least twice a week (he hosts games) and is absolutely dying to play online with CSC. For the money it isnt that bad.
If we get CSC valued try to get it within a range in value, we can use this value to calculate how many csc we would need for the license.
Then everyone (with a huge chunk of CSC) could send the amount to someone that will pay for it in $.
WIN - WIN , because we obviously need a place to spend our CSC.

I think we definitely need more CSC specific gambling sites so it is used for what it is intended for.
Heck, other coins such as DOGE has more gambling sites than CSC right now.
Also, Crypto Blackjack link in the OP says they don't even support CSC anymore!
These are times when I wish I had some good web designer/programmer skills. =(

A little bit more promoting will do. Let people know that there will be CasinoCoinCasino soon.

Plus a good discription on the main site how to add nodes, so the wallet will sync properly and off course which nodes, That is also important. Newbies give up if the wallet won't sync. Now i'm fine, but it took a while to figure out. In the download there should be working nodes.

Once CasinoCoinCasino promoted, CSC will go up to 0,9 BTC soon

Keep communicating via official site, that is where investors look at.
