I'm honestly glad that the chinese factory miner left. With a hashrate of 800MH/s you probably shouldn't be mining on a pool anyway.

I hear you, but I don't think he's left.  His hash rate is <400Mh/s right now, but if you click the link, it's definitely him.

If this is no Scrypt ASIC testing lab..
This Scrypt Hashpower would translate to around what 2000 AMD GPU cards.. with powertake +300kwh..
Just rough numbers i could assume wrong. but hey i would wanna see that 2000 GPU farm

I have a feeling some guy has figured a way to create a pool which is sponging off middlecoins pool . A smartass person sponging off middlecoin who has Diverted all the hashing power from his users on his POOL that he has accumulated more users over time but all this port forwards to the middlecoin server.... Lets say 200 Users on this pool with 1000khs each, well there is your 2000mhs ? So basically everyone joins the NEW SPONGE pools server which directs back to middlecoin server and users everyones hashing power.  --200 x 1000Khs

Each day the payout get distributed to the 200 users.... according to their hashrate for the last good payout. For Example if they are all at 1000KH well then they all get 0.04 BTC which is not bad . But again I am going by good pay out day  Of 8  bTC

I think this kind of thing should be banned if proven. Making H20 do all the working while the other pool owner sponges on the profits and by passes the work of the exhcanges and trading to h20.

You are now making more than enough money I think you should close the pool for new registrations only as its becoming worse for the rest of us but better for you. Is this what you want?

I was twice on useast today for approximately 2 hours (when eu was down).
I didn't have this high rate of rejects.

Check your client and your connection.

Nothing wrong with the useast server.  I have been using it for a week straight without any issues.  My rejects are 1.5% currently there.

I've been getting a ton of rejects. My settings haven't changed at all, but you can check my graph (I posted it a page or two back)... lots of dropped hashrates and rejects (this is on useast with middlecoin.com as backup)

I think you forgot one zero there champ, it's 2000 x 1000KH/s.
Going with your calculation, his current 800MH/s would equal to 800 persons and with 8BTC divided amongst them, they'd still only make 0.01BTC per person.

As middlecoin is an open pool (in the meaning that you don't need to register), there is no registration to close. Only thing I could think of which he could do is to not accept any new wallet addresses.

BTW: my not-so-empirical test showed waffle was about 70% less profitable. 

You realize that wafflepool is PPLNS, right? One day or one hour of testing is not even close to what your payout could be over a week.

Then again, it is probably lower since the dev is admittedly new to the game, or at least, newer then h20.

Remember H2O has recently set up 3 new servers (still in beta) : why would he limit the number of miners just a few days later before having really tested the new servers?

can anybody let me know which server is the best to stay on? I live in the northeast but I'm getting 15% rejects today on the useast.middlecoin.com server. Not sure which server are beta and which are live. I keep trying to get this answered but can't get any help! THANK YOU!
