I held waves about 6 months. That was always promising coin and extraordinary technology for me at those times. But whenever bitcoin up or down hardly, waves overreacted (i mean negatively). At last I sold my waves. Waves is so fragile against Bitcoin. I think there's only one altcoin can compare to BTC for now. That's ethereum!

I share same opinion. I really believe waves technology but it is too fragile. By the way ethereum is always secure shore for me.

it is undeniable for the most widely used coin to have an impact with the transaction going slow, even at a larger cost to be faster than usual.
but i have not seen waves be able to replace bitcoin for now.
whether waves will be able to replace later, I doubt for that.

Waves a beautiful coin and a very reliable platform for ico. While Bitcoin promises to eliminate the shortcoming in the code. For long-term investments the Bitcoin and Stellar and Dash is much better in my opinion.

I think it's not entirely correct to compare Bitcoin and Waves. They have different technology, different type of mining and functional. Waves are much faster, but bitcoin with the introduction of lightning will also become faster. I think that while Bitcoin have the status of "digital gold", it can not be compared with other cryptocurrencies.

Hmmm ,i know that Bitcoin took a long time to make the nowaday positions but not in all situation, oldest is the best because it's depending on quality of that cryptos and how poeple believe in it. Luckily , Bitcoin is ahead of waves but i do believe Waves could be comparing with Bitcoin in the techonology way.
