Thanks for upgrading your service but you really shouldn't just leave the main page as a 503 error.
Put up a static html page letting everyone know what is happening. I shouldn't have to search on google, go to twitter, then end up here to find out what is going on.

I can't reach the website, always getting back to: 503 Service Unavailable
Even when i try to go to a direct link for a pool or whatever.
and also in 4 different browsers!

I can only hope that this will improve the service at your site.
But I do have a question about a withdrawal I made somewhere in the morning. The system confirmed that the coins are being sent, but so far nothing received at my other account.
Even though it was confirmed by your site, I'm guessing that I will not be able to access any of my funds for the next 72 hours?

Thank you! When fees are implemented what happens to all the donators? Please keep the fees lower than cryptsy if it is possible for the exchange to still work! A 0.1% fee either way would be great. Alternatively you can offer a premium account where you pay a set amount of money each month and have no trading fee. 5 mBTC a month or so seems logical. It would also be nice to be able to buy time that is free of fees very flexibly, such as for a single day to a whole year. |

Great job CoinEX! At least you have the balls to shut off the service to not hurt anybody while theres problems, UNLIKE CRYPTSYFAIL.

O.k but it wasn't just you , I couldn't check on coinmine.pl for a while there site was giving the same error. It was creeping me out. I got in at the tail end before you pulled the plug and wondered why page details were'nt loading ;( BTW with all the upgrading could you add api so I can monitor hopefully regardless of frontend site being down. |
