Are there any CoinEX admins on this thread?

I withdrew my BTC from CoinEX yesterday to my wallet (I can confirm that it was sent to the correct address) and 24 hours on it has still yet to show up.  The withdrawal transfer pending notification showed up, though nothing else.  I have raised a support ticket (3425) with yourselves though have yet to hear anything - please advise. Reading the other comments I am beginning to get a little concerned as to the whereabouts of my BTC.

Thanks.

we sometimes have pending/stucked withdrawals and process them every day and push them manually.

That is worrying as my support ticket (#3425) is 1000 on from Gigi's last one, and he still awaiting his funds.  I've just checked my target account and still no sign of my BTC 30 hours from the withdrawal pending notification.

As with Gidi, I'm happy to remove this post once resolved or an ETA on funds.

Is there a problem with the deposits?
The CAT coins have only 2 confirmations after more than 2 hours.
And i have made two deposits for MOON coins, and these are nowhere.

Still no sign of my BTC withdrawal funds - any update or ETA? Support Ticket #3425

@Gidi:  Did you have any luck with your BTC funds either?

Hi there.  no response yet.  i have no idea why in the world of bitcoin there is no customer service.  i mean if it took a long time to sort out then fine.  but my issue takes a second.  just to reset the authenticator.  promises and promises for captain future but nothing actually happen.  whenever i submit a new case captain future answers immediately with one answer  'this case is merged with the previous case'  it would be quicker for him just to reset my tfa but no coinex can't be bothered.  i am lost for words.

Do they want me to pay them to do it.  i mean they have my money and can just take it if they want anyway.  why not just fix the situation.

just the way i feel

@CaptainFuture:  Any ETA on when the sysop with process the TFA tickets?  Friendly advice: Clear communication is key here as there are an increasing amount of very unhappy people being told to wait (or nothing much at all) for their funds (myself included).  Some for well over a week.  The lack of clear communication and/or responses to support tickets, including resolution date(s) for a supposed known problem will lead people to start thinking that this is all something of a scam which unfortunately won't do the CoinEX reputation any favours.

I know, but QQ provider has rejected your email address, if you can't remove the block, why don't make other solution?
Such as:
1.move the account coin to another account.
2.use other email box to receive the recovery email.
3.we send you the password by account email, you set it by hand.

there are so much way to solve it, but you just use one reason to delay it, that's really let us despaired!

But we have lots of coin in the qq account! If transmit this coin out, we would like to use other account, but they refuse to solve it, brush off our support for a month!
