We need some hashrate to test out our auto-switching pools. Connecting URLs:
Scrypt: stratum+tcp://stratum.coinex.pw:9933
SHA256: stratum+tcp://stratum.coinex.pw:9944

Users mining via SwitchPool have a special icon at the pool hashrate table, and blocks found by SwitchPool have the same icon in the recent blocks table. Rewards for blocks found by SwitchPool are not shared with regular pool miners and vice-versa. Payout system for SwitchPools is proportional (all shares accounted until block is found).

Please be sure to have failover pools set up.

It looks like that at the moment SHA256 switchs to PPC. Only problem is that block was found last time a month ago!

switchpool is prop. so your shares are counted till the block is found. we need more hash at the switchpool. please join and help us testing.

Well if people mining on unprofitable pool would switch their miners to the switchpool, it would make a big difference Smiley

I am concerned about putting high hash rates into a coin until the difficulty rises, then abandoning it because the profitability drops.  One way to handle this is to keep a small amount of hashpower pointed toward a coin that was previously mined.

Do you address this concern at all?

I try to be respectful and informed.

I have made 2 successfull deposits of zetacoin on November 21, 2013. Then I made again a deposit on November 22, 2013. But this deposit never arrived on coinex.
I opened a ticket #654 on November 23, 2013 and the answer was

Quote
This transaction ID is not on zetacoin network. Please make sure your wallet is up to date and synced properly.

LOL, I gave erundook the URL for the transaktion

http://bit.usr.sh:2750/tx/e2ec5c9615dd1770621d6877d0abd76bed5dbf988c028edf6e579ad3e37331e7

And the answer was:

Quote
Looks like something went wrong with our ZET client, we are sorry. Could you please generate a new ZET deposit address and send it here so we can put your deposit there?

I did it and answered the ticket. After 3 days I got

Quote
ZET deposits could be broken so please dont deposit more ZET until further notice in our news section.
We will investigate that problem and will fix it. This can take a few das. So please be patient.

Then, after 45 days !!! I got the following:

Quote
The address ZLRidyRYzGiSKZzzhhDG6rtHgRjNrbjoLn does not belong to CoinEX.
Can you please check that if you perhaps messed something up?

and 1 day later

Quote
We keep track of *all* deposit addresses *ever* generated, and ZLRidyRYzGiSKZzzhhDG6rtHgRjNrbjoLn is *not* on our list. Deposit address for XXX was ZQQiGBmUfFxugRhDo1XEYD27H5KibDqvmE since 2013-11-24 17:03:11 UTC and that's the *only* ZET deposit address for that account.

I answered again (January 12, 2014) and until now I got NO ANSWER! (3 days) (I asked for a backup, but problably they don't have such important thing, which any serious admin schould have)

First the admins confirm, that they have a Problem with the ZET-Client und now they are trying to steal my coins with such wrong statements. I'm posting this here, since I got no answer by mail and I'm very frustrated.

PS: Please excuse my english, but I'm a German.

Okay, this is getting ridiculous. I am waiting for over a month now for my 0.1 BTC deposit I made the day the Website was upgraded. I sent you txid and everything you need to know. Is it so hard to get my BTC back? I am very patient and even kept using your pools, but now I am getting angry. I want a solution for my problem! (Ticket: 1875)

I think adding LOT would be a good idea.

One of the most profitable coins to mine since hitting cryptsy, and that could bring some sweet volume to you guys!

Think about it Smiley

Cryptsy seems to have a strong bias towards scrypt coins, maybe CoinEx could become the primary exchange for SHA256 coins ....
