sometimes we have problems with the graphs.
i think its rather a bug in the trading engine if you ask me, but i am not sure, i just want to draw your attention to it. something strange happend just a few minutes ago at the moon/btc pair: there were a bunch of filled sell orders (green background) of 777 moon @ 7 sathoshi showing up and in the buy order list the number of btc @ staoshi decreased. the most recent candle also show a low of 7 sathoshi! |

i DO help my customers, but i will not do that at 10 different places. i will get crazy. we have a ticket center for that. click on"Get support" at CoinEX site, or write to support@coinex.pwWell i am still waiting for my ticket to be sorted out 3574 and that was opened over 3 weeks ago so are you going to sort this out ? |

I deposited 394k moon like 2 hours ago and I haven't received any notification on the exchange nor do I have them in my balance.
Transaction ID: 020e9819e6e1f94c11bf808a21cc337ea06b07bf33bb84a4bf7e0a4fa97baae6
Never had this problem with BTC and CAT before, not sure why it's taking so much time with moon.
Oh and the transaction has already got 151 confirmations so that's not the issue.

deposited .22 btc there last night. 50 confirmations it never shows up.now it kinda looks by the block explorer like the coin is moving elsewhere. I'm getting wary of this place fast. |

I sent support ticket.. waiting for reply.. hope yall get the bugs or what ever worked out.
love the concept of the site, most of the set up is nice. Could use more mining info.. like pending rewards and stuff.
But site is pretty damn nice. But that only goes so far when your BTC doesnt arrive
edit: got a reply .. asking for txid.. i only linked block explorer. Time between complaint and first reply is satisfactory for me so far. it actually only took 2 minutes for the first reply. I will keep yall informed on how my experience goes.
EDIT: SOLVED in 4 minutes time.
