I accidentally sent some EAC to a BTC address. I wrote your support team an email but never heard back. Could I please get this resolved and get the EAC credited back to my account?

we are sending the emails to your email addresses. I know, but QQ provider has rejected your email address, if you can't remove the block, why don't make other solution? Such as: 1.move the account coin to another account. 2.use other email box to receive the recovery email. 3.we send you the password by account email,you set it by hand. there are so much way to solve it, but you just use one reason to delay it, that's really let us despaired! So, how do you solve these QQ account recovery thing, or just give up us? We have waited from Nov.2013! What's your response? Coinex guys. You shouldn't ignore it. You keep on ignore it? WTF Having worked with QQ myself in the past, they have terrible customer service. A better question is why haven't you changed addresses to something else instead of waiting and whining for a month? I'm fairly certain erundook or future can actually change this in the back-end for you but you persist to use a broken email provider and blame Coinex for an issue with your provider. |

We didn't want to use QQ account now, absolutely. But we have lots of coin in the account, we have suggested Coinex change the email address or transit the coin to another account in the back-end, they said they have send email, and they were busy, every time! At first, we agreed and waited, then we waited a month, but now the site is normally, they have time to add so many new coins, still do nothing for the account, that's irresponsible to ignore the situation! |

Nice to see CoinEX up and running again.
Any chance we can get a LTC/FTC trade setup?

As we said earlier, we wrote an official inquiry to the QQ mail team, but got no response yet. Not sure if we're going to get one at all, we might need someone speaking chinese to contact them. The site works great, it has one of the best interfaces of all the alt coin exchanges out there. I hope it wont be less responsive in the future when it becomes more popular.
Btw is there a way to export all your transactions into a file and if not are you considering to add it in the future?
