25 days I got 350000 doge in "limbo"

Seriously, how have we not tracked down the owner and sent them personal messages demanding our money back?!

Is anyone mining a SHA-256 coin on coinex?

Why would you mine anything when you cant withdraw, it sucks to try to get small amounts at a time not knowing if they come or will disappear in queue.
My 64 UNO is queued for a very long time.

Let me suggest a different question:  why would I mine on coinex?

Only a retard would give anything including hash to them as of now.

In addition to starting a crypto exchange insurance company (less expensive than Lloyd's of London) and
security pro's, there should be a worldwide tipping fund to donate to a bounty for finding and arresting the hackers.

People are mining DEM, and blocks are being found.  What do they know?

And how can we be sure the "exchange insurance company" isn't run by scammers?

LOL and what sane Insurance company would insure these fly bye night exchanges. ROTFL

AFA a fund for Arresting these scumbags well that is easy. Get an arrest warrant issued (try calling the cops) and if they cannot find the twat Start a thread with a Trusted Member holding the funds and build a Bounty and when It gets high enough someone will claim it. Back in the 90's when I bounty hunted (skip jacking) I would have done it for about 4k If it was within a 24 hour ride.

And no, we all shouldn't have to search for that information from twitter or facebook or Bitcoin Forum or the Google/NSA.
Agreed 100%.

Every exchange out there has a front page that contains news and updates that you can see/read. CoinEX is the only one that doesn't, and it's always been an annoyance. They don't even put an easy access link to their Twitter feed anywhere. You've gotta delve deep into the support section to find that.

This is something we have complained about before the site was even hacked.

Great tip ProfMac. Much obliged. Managed to cash out the remaining coins to cryptsy through DEM.
Thank you!

I made a Google form to help me know how many DEM people might want to buy.

  • There is no guarantee that you will be able to withdraw any DEM that you purchase.
  • The market will set the price.  I will make as much as I am able, but others can always sell at a lower price.
  • I will send out email 1 time to the next person who wants to buy.  The notices will go first come, first serve.
  • At this time, there is a limit of 255 DEM per email address.
  • There is no guarantee that coinex will accept and correctly process my DEM deposit.
  • I do not have any affiliation with coinex.
  • This is an attempt for me to make money.  I have substantial risk that coinex will never allow me to withdraw BTC.
  • This is an attempt to make a safety valve for the people who are the most worried about their coinex funds.
  • If you attempt to over withdraw the hot wallet, I do not know what coinex will do.

to: Hueristic.  I think one of the best insurance companies has started the search for the hackers and any possible
internal accomplices.  According to a friend in Vegas the Boston Mick's, R.I. Waps, C.T., N.J., NY Dego's and Vegas wise guys have
put some bounties on them. They were investors too!  The only thing that could slow down some results now is if it is CIA shenanagins
trying to take down our financial system in every way for our dictator n chief Barry Satoro.
It isn't just CoinEx, it's a dozen exchanges. This is starting to read like a mob chase B movie. Meat cleavers and fingers anyone, or 3 in the
back of the head and call it suicide. I claim the movie rights!  :0

I also experienced the same problem with my LTC withdrawals. Wish there's still plenty of time left to withdraw all my few reamaining coins before the exchange shutdown for good.
