Are you talking about the legislative level? I do not think this should be feared. Now many countries are trying to legitimize the ICO. Of course, there will be fewer projects, but there will be less fraud in this area. |

I think that these factors only help investment funds buy assets at cheap prices. They are definitely winning now. 100% Those who now have capital and who can wait for several years now are in a very favorable position. I think those who make investments now in a few years will get x5-x10 in almost any coin. |

Is this a big increase? If a company collects $ 10 million, and then its capitalization grows 100-fold, it means that it costs only a billion dollars. This is not a very big amount for a good project. |

But to find such a project is a great success. What happens is rare enough. I agree. The search for such a project is another half of the issue. Joining such projects is often very difficult for a participant who does not have appropriate accreditation. The necessary amounts are collected already at the stage of private sales. |
