recently ripple reached 1 usd and is predicted to go upto 5 usd by the end of next month.
while eth has rose 100usd in the past week and is being quite stable.
ethereum though not as accepted as bitcoin but still can be used unlike ripple.
so my question is whether i should invest in eth or ripple given i may need to take out my money back any time.

This thread should moved to the altcoin section. Are you short time or long time investor? You need to pick the coin based on how long your investment will be,if you are a long term investor definitely go for the ethereum because Ripple price bump looks temporary and it will hardly fall soon.As you said ethereum price is very stable over the past so the risk is less when compared to ripple investments. |

the development of the token ripple is greatly improved but I still choose ethereum to invest because the price of ethereum is very stable and tends to increase.

right now: ETH
because right now ETH is getting pumped while XRP is nearly done pumping up. and since there is always more profit in an altcoin that is getting pumped at the present rather than something that is already pumped and may not have any more in the near future, you are better off investing in ethereum.
but remember that things never last good like this. prepare for the follow up dumps too.

In my own humble opinion I would still go with Ethereum. This one is classic and still living even with a long time that it had been around. Experience problems and yet resolved with just a minimum amount of time. Add the ERC20 which gives it more possibility to increase because of those ICO's that are using Ethereum as a means of buying their own tokens. |

It depends on your investment objectives and risk tolerance. If you are looking to just buy and hold one cryptocurrency, it should be Ethereum. |

As we all know Ethereum is the second best coin after Bitcoin and as you said is stable in the past few weeks but has the potential to rise in the next few weeks, I'd suggest you invest in Ethereum. |

invest on both of them. why. eth have smart contract so we will see many good project/ good ICO base on it. and Ripple had been accepted from many bank so it will go to da moon too

IMO, investing in ETH will be a better choice than ripple. You may see ripple price pumped to 5 times but the dump is huge too.
ETH has a hard fork coming up in Jan 2018, I will rather invest in ETH than ripple.

Just make some researches about bouth coins. You will see behind Ethereum is a real good plattform with a bright future. Behind Ripple there are just some Banks, its centralized and the coin is totally unecessary for the ripple plattform. Its just hyped right now because so many new people want to invest in cryptocurrencies and they choose ripple because its so cheap and think it can be worth thousands of dollar. But when you look the max supply its impossible.

Tihs forum is full of guessing, someone say everything will fall, someone will say about raise. The only thing I have boticed is that as ETH as Ripple they both are on talk today, the interest to this coins is raising and I suppose they both will get increased in it's price. That is actually general tend about all crypto, all of them are raising.

Well, this man is right . You need to decided by you're own when it comes in trading you already know that these coins are has a name and good price value on the market also have a chance or potential coins. Then if you think which better then go for it it's you're own lost and gained when you do in trading no body blamed you if you've got lost. Then i suggested you that just buy and hold for a long run to have more profitable. |

better investment in ripple because the developer of ripple is very good and the price is still cheap, it is suitable to look for profits very much, and hopefully ripple and ETH the price can compete. |

ETH is good as instead of bitcoin investment but more better if you separated your asset by invest both of them is good because in my view XRP and ETH had strong community and also have bright future with possibly the price will increase following the time so i have no doubt investing at these coins will increasing your investment value

Ethereum and Ripple are great places for long term investments. Both are very potent in the future the price will be high can match the price of bitcoin now. Because in this crypto world there is nothing that cannot possibly all happen, depending on the advantages of the coin that will help humans in the future.
Personally, it would be difficult to choose between Ethereum and Ripple as a place to invest. Would really agree if you to invest in both, you can share your money 50% for Ethereum and 50% for Ripple. Well, maybe that's the best way.
