It's easy. You just need to quit smoking. At once. No excuses.
That's all.
I smoke for 12 years and I'm not going to quit, but if I decide to do it - it will be that way.
Discipline and will - these are two necessary things.

If have never smoke before but i know it is an addiction and not easy to quit but with determination and instilling of discipline it is feasible.

Try to eat chewing gum everything when you feel like really want to smoke. My friend suggest me this way to quitting smoking and it work !

Used to smoke before. Try to eat candies when you wanna smoke. I stopped like that.

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??
I have lots of friends that quit on smoking. They did only by reducing the cigarette they smoked everyday. Cut the cigarette in half so you can reduce the cigarette you smoked. Just take it little by little until you realize that you don't need a cigarette anymore.

Your joke is not funny but it is great for us who don't smoke. Better not to try to smoke and have a healthy living.

You can try vaping as an alternative or chewing on some nicotine gum to prevent smoking.

I tried to quit several times.. none of these helped me! But I don't stop trying because I really want to quit!
Just reduce using cigarette everyday until one day you will realize that you can live without smoking. All you need to do is to believe!

Try on IQOS ( I Quit On Smoking); it'll satisfy your brain's nicotine addiction less the cancerous elements in a regular cigarette.

Substitute with some other sensation -- chewing,  using cough drops, etc.

Smoking should definatly be banned in public places. The places they do allow smoking might lose a bit of money, but it will also help with the health problems that occur. Most people beleive that someone who is not in the smoking area of the public place will not be affected by the smoke, but smoke is able to spread in a room and affect the people around. Smoking causes alot of problems not only for the smoker, but for the people around. If someone were to put together a protest for those to stop smoking in public, I bet that every non- smoker would say they should.
