I just stopped... I think if you really want to stop its not hard. But most people dont care enough.

First, you must have motivation / reason to quit smoking. Second, stay away from the environment that will make you go back to smoke, if necessary go from that place. Third, always remind ourselves of our motivation to quit smoking. Will it work? For me, yes. Either for others, everyone has its own problem. But if we have a strong determination I think it possible. Strong effort will not deceive the result. Good Luck.

I am not a smoker but I am often exposed to cigarette smoke because I often gather with cigarette addicts, sometimes I feel addicted to the aroma of cigarettes although I am only a passive smoker but if not exposed to secondhand smoke a day or two I just feel breathless. To quit roko addiction I also do not understand but maybe you can replace it by eating candy.

I tried the nicotine patch and nicotine chewing gum, but I still smoked at least a couple of times a day. After the usual methods were useless, I turned to the psychologist. He advised me to change my lifestyle and even give up smoking people from my environment. It was difficult to do this because most of them were my close friends.
I was saved by the fact that I entered a university in another city and moved to start everything from scratch.

I switched to gym and chewing gum. Sometimes I still have  a cigarette, but no more than 3 per month.

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??
try to replace it with candy or gums, dont stop smoking abruptly try it gradually

For me , I quit smoking with the help of vaping. It has a process thoug. Juices have nicotine content levels. I started with a high nicotine then eventually to very low.

you can try to join rehab centers near you.. You will find that information on google.and these can be effective way to help quit
