I will quit smoking at 28  Cheesy, i quitted for some months now and then. Vaping is a good solution, at least it's not harmful for the body.

It feels so good when i succeeded to quit smoking. It is just a matter of self- discipline and determination. And if you felt the urge, just focus on something else and of course for me prayer has helped me a lot to quit.

Vape can help you quit smoking but it's also good to just not smoke at all. Whenever you get the urge to smoke just have a big glass of water or go outside for a jog or just walking even helps.

quitting smoking is a very good thing because smoking is very harmful to our health. Smoking can lead to heart attacks, cancer, impotence, pregnancy and fetal disorders. appealed to all active and passive smokers quit smoking from now on because smoking can kill you. the content of toxins present in cigarette smoke is very dangerous for us. many chemical elements are contained in cigarette smoke and that's what triggers the disease in our body. many smokers who died from cigarette smoke. indeed if we inhale cigarette smoke we will instantly feel calm but the impact will be very dangerous.

It's about self discipline, I know that because  I have an Uncle who smoke a lot, when I was in grade school I always buy him cigarette 3 times a week that's what I remember, but when he got married and have 2 sons he instantly quit smoking, YES! really! one day he just stop and never smoke again, he never tries to stop slowly but instant, and others says that if you quit smoking in an instant you will die, that proves them wrong.

1. we should know the person who smokes

I started smoking rolling tobacco about a year ago
And it's much better for real
though I've been smoking 10+ years

about quiting - it's hard
if you feel yourself better with it, don't give up, just adapt and check the lungs regulary

to quit smoking you must first be sure to yourself that you can quit smoking. Secondly avoid people who are smoking
