Quitting smoking is difficult if it's already part of your habit. But you can quit by simply lessening the sticks of the cigarettes that you smoke every day. Lets say that you smoke 4 sticks every day you have to make it 3 sticks down to 2 sticks and 1 stick you body will get use to it until you remove your bad habit.

Its hard to quit smoking, if you want to quit, you need motivation from someone can make you spirit to do it and consistant.

I have read many articles and heard that smoking is very dangerous for health, every person have to stop smoking if you are doing. It is very dangerous for health / lungs as well.. I have heard about the new trend of electronic cigarette / E-Cigarette which is also more dangerous for health so if you want to live tension free life then stop these things.

I am not a smoker but I can give you my personal thoughts about quitting smoke. All I can say if you are really wanting to quit smoking you have the total courage and motivation to do it. You just need to know all your limitations and just trust in yourself that you can do it. And I can say that start doing it now so it will be successful.

I was a former smoker.
I can be said to be heavy smokers and I could spend up to three packs of cigarettes a day, I stop my smoking habit by eating sweets but sometimes it even makes my teeth ache but I keep stopping to let my life healthier.
And finally any time I managed to put a stop to my smoking habit, however, when I quit smoking I have asthma and it is possible that a reply to me because the smoke suction I have made people surrounding me are not healthy.

Tobacco is bad for health. It causes you to have many illnesses and may even cause you to die slowly. So I recommend quitting smoking right now.

when I want to smoke I just eat candy. or do sports activities and think that smoking is not good for the body. that's what I do and it works.

I tried to quit with the Iqos. But after 2 weeks i took a cigarette and it was more satisfying.
