you cant quit smoke in just a glimpse, it takes time just minimize it and keep yourself busy and have an healthy lifestyle, or you can search for an alternative.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

throw away all ashtray ,lighter etc. and avoid the places you felt smoking is comfortable.

I smoke cigarettes since I was 11 years old and right now, at the age of 29, I no longer smoke, I've been a year without doing it, the truth of how I left was trying every time I wanted to smoke, I ate something to forget it and up to this day I walk well I do not smoke and neither is it like every time.

 so it did not happen to me as many who because of the vice of the cigar grab another. that seems good to me  Grin

I know have many types of liquor national.But I do not used another drugs without cigarette.I last two years ago,quitting smoking.Because I realized that smoking a very bad liquor.It is our health for serious harmful.

heard from a friend who read the book: finally non smoker^^
first time he didnt finish the book and didnt quit smoking but a few months later het read the book again, finished it and after the last page he smoked his last cigarette Smiley (is now about 8 years ago xD)

You may have a strong will power and stop smoking because you will it so. But in most cases the craving will remain and the embedded tendency will be too strong to be completely ignored or discarded.
