The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

When the date you decide to quit comes, stop carrying cigarettes, matches, or lighters. Hide all ashtrays.

Carry nuts or other nutritious snacks to nibble on: stay away from candies. When you feel the urge to smoke, take a few deep breaths. Drink lots of water and fruit juices.

Think about your future, your health and your family that will be affected if you still continue to smoke. My father quit smoking when my brother is born.

Smoking sometimes turns to a habit and we knowbhw much habits are hard to stop. When smoking becomes an addiction then it will be hard to stop

I swear by the patches you can buy, they're relatively expensive but I had smoked for years and then quit instantly with patches, I guess different products suit people differently though. I didn't smoke at all for years and now I vape haha but that's just because I like it and it tastes good

it is difficult to stop smoking for those who are addicted. because I am also a smoker
