I've seen couple of posts on reddit asking where to send coins for supertyphoon Yolanda disaster relief. I suggest that donors go through well-known organizations such as redcross.org.ph/donate and use established methods to send money. For now.

But if you have to use bitcoins, I could forward them to Red Cross. You really don't need bitcoin to help.

They can then withdraw using the bank system (or convert BTC or TAG to PHP on the exchange). There are no fees for charities to deposit or withdraw funds.
