The fact that they are running an ICO to gain more funds, they are surely aiming to improve something but we are seeing a live product already.

If we can observe Private sale ans stage 1 & 2 are filled. It will reach definitely. So I cannot see any reason for return money to investors. If they are not reach softcap then they will refund it.

how can a project that works extremely successfully die? Simply ICO occurs in a rather vague period for the crypto currency. I think I almost have no doubt that everything will be fine and they will achieve a soft cap. Dont tune for the worst
