I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?

first of all i am quite pity to hear it. but keep the spirit of looking for Bitcoin to change your life.

keep learning and asking not to get stuck again in Bounty Thread.

keep the spirit!

its very hard for us to report the fake ICOs to authorities  because they are  far away from us, what we need to do for us to be aware, is to do research the ICOs and their platforms and the people involved in the projects.

I would not advise you to invest in ICO because it is total fraud. I did not meet anyone who really earned it in the way.

Before joining the bounty you can see the level and trust of the bounty manager, and the higher level is more persuasive.

We also need to look at his website or social media white paper.

Luckily there are not so many bounty campaigns this is a scam so there are quite a few campaigns that are worth participating in them.

You will need to check if their project is any good. A genuine project will have lots of information about the project and why it is done and about the team members. Also make sure that the regulations for the bounty are sensible and clearly laid out.

If you realize that an ICO bounty is fake then what you should do is to not participate in it. The best way to avoid being scammed is to always do research, there is no way no one can make decisions for you when it comes to the ICO that you should participate in. When you find a bounty that you are interested in then you should look up the project and their website to know if the coin is any good.

Some signs that the bounty is fake is when the team behind the ICO is not popular for the crypto world, they are not known of they look like fake profile, fake linkedIn, fake experience described etc.

As a JR member like you, I have also experienced two false rewards. Some projects, despite professional bounty managers, may not have been carefully inspecting teams by the bounty managers. For me, it's hard to tell which one is a hoax, but only those with a large number of entries.

Do nothing, try to recognize them and avoid them. Until there is no regulation of the ICO, such projects will be thousands and there will be hundreds of thousands of deceived investors, which will have a bad effect on other projects that are really strong. Fu*king scammers!

When choosing a project, please read its white paper, pay attention to managing project team experience, product prospects and relevance. How much money has been spent on the bounty and how much money there is in the band.

You can choose an excellent gift manager, you also have to be careful of the manager with the rank of newbie, jr member, member or full member. try to know about who the people behind the project. It's hard to deffin see if one ICO is good and promising.

There are some possibilities to identify on the early stage if the ICOs are Scammers however most of the time it is hard to tell in the beginning if the ICO is scam. That's why you need to invistigate first before joining in ICO.

If you have suspicions that you are participating in a project that is a scam, you better leave it.
Do not be so sorry for the time you spent.

The forum has a lot of information that will help you choose a good ICO project to participate in the company's bounty.
I mostly focus on the manager who conducts the company or the site on which it is represented.

It's very difficult to distinguish a fake from a real ICO, especially if scammers try to make a good site and documentation ..

To be honest the first thing i check before  participating in any bounty is the rank of the bounty manger, secondly i research about the project( i take this very serious especially if the bounty manager is a Newbie or Jr member). Howbeit, highly ranked bounty managers doesn't guarantee real projects; so you have to do some research about the said project.

Checking the background of the team and the project itself would be a guide in order to quite avoid such uncertainty. Whether a. campaign is a scam or not, it can't be already determined at the beginning of the campaign but  if the team's background information is already weird, think twice. You may also consider the reputation of the bounty manager because if they are experienced, they has a high chance of avoiding scam campaigns.

I think that these projects will appear constantly, as people want to spare money, regardless of the ways in which it will be achieved. Therefore, these projects are taking place now. You need to be more careful

Same Problem is here. I also participate many Bounty Scheme but got scam. I got fade up from this.

It is really hard to identify if the bounty campaign is not scammed. Those scam bounty manager plan really hard to make them look legal. What we can do is thoroughly research first and do some background check before joining the campaign.
