I can't even begin to imagine how p1ssed I'd be if I ponied up $32k for 1.5Th of gear that supposedly consumes 1500w on August 1, 2012 and THIRTEEN MONTHS + 2 days later the bozos I paid were just getting around to shipping me 500Gh/s that consumes 2200w. Let's hope that person didn't pay in BTCs.

Oh Dem Bozos who ordered won't be seeing the 3300+ BTC spent "preordering". Well not from running that hardware anyway.

They can "see" those 3300 BTC anytime they want to by looking up the transaction here: http://blockchain.info/

A little more than 26 days to go for their 55 employees utilizing the sea of parts that were supposed to arrive to knock out 9-13 months (depending on what you believe based on Joshs comments) of undelivered orders.

If I didn't know any better: I'd say you're kinda doubtful that they can knock this one of the park. Oh ye of little faith.

Well 72 more hours has passed since BFLs last update.

In those 72 hours they shipped almost no Jalapenos. Absolutely no Little Singles,
4 days of Singles, and 5 days of Mini-Rigs

So if you believe the customer order breakdown at:

http://bfl.ptz.ro/

is even remotely accurate (obviously it has to be on the low side)

Just to get to April 1st 2013 the minimum volume of products has to be shipped by the end of September:

Jalapenos:  568

Little Singles: 452

Singles:  1374

Mini-Rigs: 85 (x1.5)

So just to get to April 1st they need to ship 2479 products.

If you believe that they get 400 out the door every day they should be at April 1st in 6 business days.  Wink

if you believe that http://bfl.ptz.ro/ is off by 100% (numbers are twice what is reported) then almost 5000 units would take about 12 business days. (at 400 units a day)

Again since BFL provides NO DATA except the date they are shipping, one is forced to use http://bfl.ptz.ro/ as the only source of truth (which is still a sad data source)

In my opinion, these numbers validate (given the data available) that there still is not 400 units going out the door each day.

Your thoughts?

Time to make BFL bitch subforum and everything about BFL must go there that is my thought. That clean up the forum alot.

Why promise if you can't deliver.

Say it with me.

- 365GH vs. 60GH.
- Silent vs. loud as fuck
- Waiting for 13 months after payment vs. waiting for one month after payment
- Both units are around $60/GH. Both use ~270W when mining. They are almost the same size.

^^This makes it more likely that BFL will clear their order backlog.
Everyone wants to cancel their BFL order and use the refund to buy Bitfury!

You'd need a lot of Singles refunds ( 8 ) to buy one 365Gh BF unit

You don't have to get them fully populated. You could just order a couple of boards AFAIK.

You're right. https://megabigpower.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=61 The system is modular and upgradeable from 25 GH/s to 400 GH/s. Buy a small kit now and upgrade later.

Bitfury: 25 GH/s for $1200
BFL: 25 GH/s for $1299

BFL takes two months or more to deliver, at 6+ times the power consumption.

back to the thread topic at hand:

I'd have better luck bedding Jody and sweet talking her into bumping my orders than BFL ever ever getting out all orders 4.5 gh, 60 gh, 30 gh and 1500gh by the end of the month.

Bitfury is showing BFL how the game should be played.

The maths are only going to get uglier and uglier for BFL given the Monarch is a pipe dream and the competition like BitFury is shipping. KnC? HashFast? Oh my game over BFL... game over.

You should edit the minirigs to "none APPEARED to have shipped" Since you have no proof for your statement.
