You should edit the minirigs to "none APPEARED to have shipped" Since you have no proof for your statement. How about "Status same as yesterday" (like it matters) Of course they're shipping MRs. They're just shipping them to themselves just like they did the infamous Luke Jr. unit on April fools. BFL is not run by idiots, it's run by criminals. It'll all be over soon. With all these new vendors coming out of the woodwork BFL is toast. Sonny the con's parole ends soon and the jailbird will fly to the next scam. |

By my maths & using your figures, BFL needs to average a little over 1 months worth of Jallys every 5 days for me to lose my bet with will.
It could still happen. Anything's possible I guess.

I'd say you have very little risk of them doing that. Seems like they can only get about 5 to 7 days of COMBINED product lines out the door a day Maybe 1 day of LS and 4 days of Singles or 3 days of MR and 2 days of singles. Clearly they still have a parts or people shortage. At this point they won't clear back orders until 2014, although once they miss the end of Sept lots of those orders are going to get refunded |

They're just not willing to let their victims know about it. 5-30Gh/s products are shipped out the front door, the rest are shipped out the back. Having a 100% error-free production line, means around several thousand employees in several different companies must function as precise as atomic clocks do, with absolutely no human-error. Even robots cannot achieve that, let alone humans. We will do our best to make sure a huge number of products get shipped everyday.

So 338 days of Singles (August 3rd, 2012 - July 7th 2013)
have to be cleared in 25 days.
13 days of orders per day (including weekends) 19 days of orders per day just using weekdays.
They are currently clearing 3 days of singles per day. Which puts them at December 27th to ship the last Single (if they work weekends) which they don't so we are talking about 2014.
