Seriously? Do you even know what their criteria if the ico is scam or not? They even rate the ico lower risk but I think it's just to make hype the project. just like what happened to ico uchit a few months ago, the ico looks good and the sale of the token is also softcap even hardcap, but in the end that ico ended tragically, that ico ended with a scam even though the number of participants too much. so should be more careful in choosing ico because that looks good not necessarily will reap success and that seems bad not necessarily will be a scam

Usually I don't trust such websites with ICO rating, because in most cases they are get paid for this. But there's one recourse icodrops.com which proved to be very reliable. And most of there rating are based on there own investigations. I think this is the best ICO recourse now
