Governments do not want to kill crypto. They want to regulate it and get a big chunk in their possession by simply taking money away from the big holders

Every country has the decision and authority to regulate the economic development of the country, and every decision I think is very wise. Prevention of crypto from every country must aim either one for the sake of maintaining financial stability, avoid financial crises and limit the greed of new investors who increasingly act without thinking long.

We have long been scared by the government and other controlling bodies, but all these statements can only influence the short-term price drop, they can not forbid anything, as it is impossible to do so, the crypto currency was just conceived so as not to be subject to all kinds of prohibitions. When the authorities understand this, they will have to start the process of legalization in their countries.

Bitcoin is a famously dececentralized cryptocurrency, a system of storing value, and a somewhat less-effective transaction medium. It allows near-instantaneous transfers all over the world without a middle man or regulatory body giving it the go-ahead. Fans of cryptocurrency fear government regulation could ruin it, but they shouldn’t be concerned. Any attempt control bitcoin simply won’t work.
Beyond the difficulties presented by the decentralization of bitcoin itself, governments and regulatory bodies have shown they lack understanding of technological topics, and bitcoin is one of the most complex. As governments struggle to ban technologies like Tor and encryption, it seems impossible to imagine them gaining the ability to truly impact bitcoin – and its alt-coin contemporaries – in a way that could impede its progress.

"Regardless, just because South Korea, China, the US and other countries can crush Bitcoin by issuing new regulations and influencing cryptocurrency prices, it doesn’t mean they can kill it". The above quote is from the research information I got when I was trying to find out why world government is fighting crypto. Please read the full text here: https://www.ccn.com/fighting-bitcoin-cryptocurrency-trading-threat-government-policies/ and make your own contributions. It will help cool the nerves from the crypto dip we are experiencing recently. Happy reading. Thanks The world government can't kill the cryptocurrency. The users are the only one who can kill cryptocurrencies. If the users are stop patronizing cryptocurrency, then all of the cryptocurrency will lose its value.

I don't think that the government will kill crypto, however, they would try to get benefit from crypto by launching new tax rules and regulations about crypto trading

Perhaps, governments will be able to influence the course of the Crypto. But this is a whole industry, a new industry of the future, and it can not just be killed!
Bitcoin as one source of income for those who practice and consider this as an alternative way of living, I think the government needs to support this business if people in the community realize the importance of cryptocurrency it's also an obligation of the government to support and uplift the way of living of the people.

I think they can ban it in a country when they exchange it to fiat. But not in the internet. Crypto is based in the internet and internet is like a universe they have no limits you can access when ever you want if they banned it you can have other wayd to acces it. There are many ways to access. But I think won't kill it. It's because its a source of income maybe someday they might get interested with the number in it.

I think the government can not kill crypto, the government's worry in the crypto is their fear of illegal deals such as smuggling, drugs and others, the government can only arrange crypto, if indeed the government wants to kill it then they have to kill the internet network on earth and it can not be them do it

Thanks In my opinion, the government can not kill crypto currency, the introduction of crypto currency is an irreversible process. The government will do everything to lead the development and implementation processes of crypto currency, as in the proverb - "If the process can not be stopped, it must be headed."

Governments can certainly create problems for the crypts, making them illegal and boycotting the possibility of change, but they have no interest in doing so: they are just trying to organize themselves to control and tax them.

I think the Government might want to kill Crypto but the individual himself still needs it. If they can control it and make it less stable then they will be happy. It's all a thought game if you ask me. They say one thing but the other thing is what they really want.

every country is always looking for solutions to create assets that can reduce the state budget in its manufacturing process for each year, digital currency involving blockchain will be the solution for them, I think the government will finally recognize and make their own digital currencies and combined with the currency Other crypto, it is impossible for them to ban digital innovations that will obviously be very capable of making changes in the future.

Governments can try their best but they can never stop or put an end to Crypto. They can make it difficult to be widely accepted but then this will not stop the Crypto fans. However the only reason why they would try to regulate is because they need a cut in the profit share. Other than that, they have no business because I am sure nothing of this actually makes any sense to them.
