I think that the joint actions of the government of key global giants in the crypto industry can cause significant damage to all cryptocommunity, but not to kill it completely.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

there's no doubt about that. if the governments of different countries want the cryptocurrency to no longer exist, they will simply ban it on their territory. and then people will simply not be able to legally engage in cryptocurrency.

i don't think that world government can kill bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. But they can try to regulate it and make life harder for users of crypto currency.

I do not think that it is possible to completely kill the crypto currency, but the authorities have the opportunity to greatly reduce the price of a crypto currency. It will be very similar to murder.

Kill Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency will not work while people use it. I do not think that these countries will deal with this, they have enough other problems.

it seems to me that this is absolutely impossible. cryptocurrency is already too powerful and cool at the moment, nothing can kill them

When the crypto currency begins to cross the borders drawn by the states, then they quickly put it in place or destroy it !

the government has no authority over crypto, the government can only apply the law for the use of crypto, but to kill the crypto I think it will not happen because crypto is still a popular blockchain technology commodity and approved by several countries.

"Regardless, just because South Korea, China, the US and other countries can crush Bitcoin by issuing new regulations and influencing cryptocurrency prices, it doesn’t mean they can kill it".  The above quote is from the research information I got when I was trying to find out why world government is fighting crypto. Please read the full text here: https://www.ccn.com/fighting-bitcoin-cryptocurrency-trading-threat-government-policies/ and make your own contributions. It will help cool the nerves from the crypto dip we are experiencing recently. Happy reading. Thanks
In my own point of view, i think the government cannot kill bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because bitcoin is decentralized that government has no any authority to rule over cryptocurrency. But to kill bitcoin they can simply banned bitcoin in every country in the world for no one will used it anymore. Hopefully it will be impossible to become true because many people still believes bitcoin will live for a long years.

I think that the government can do anything. They can make it so that use will be simply impossible, which will greatly reduce the rate of crypto currency!

I think the possibility is not too great. First of all, this should be a global campaign, but some countries still need cryptocurrencies. But countries that often need cryptocurrencies are vulnerable. This is not easy to achieve. Only containment value cannot destroy it.

We saw, that governments are not able to "kill crypto". There could be only one scenario, that could harm the cryptocurrencies. When they combine enough hashpower to overtake the network of one of the leading cryptocurrencies and manipulate it. That would convulse the whole community. But also that would not lead to a "kill of crypto".

Government can not in any way kill cryptocurrency functionality, because it is decentralized, can only be manipulated one way or the other to crash possibly some out of the system

I do not give a chance. The crypto money world is now one of the world's most valuable stock exchanges. The government is against this system because it does not have an id. If it is clear who is paying the money then the governments approve it.

This is not possible at all. The process of developing the crypto currency was started in 2009, when Satoshi Nakamoto first introduced the first block of bitcoins to the network. Since then everything is developing with a geometric progression.

Unfortunately, governments can very strongly influence the cryptocurrency market. Perhaps they will not be able to kill the market completely, but of the governments of large countries can make a strong negative impact. We have seen this more than once

I think the government could kill the crypto but it would mean killing the people who invested in it, but that investor was their people. Is it fair? If crypto affects the economy of the water why do not they all contact the water and call for a boycott. I think it is very difficult to do that.

The government will never be able to kill Crypto's world, because in the world of Crypto its rules are very strict, so the government is very difficult if it wants to kill the world of Crypto, and Crypto in Japan already in official.

the government has a big trump card, they can make laws prohibiting crypto currency, many other countries can follow the example, there will be a chain reaction, the crypto currency can change a lot
