Bitcoin will be valuable as long as it has supporters and it will be use either as an asset or a currency. Bitcoin has the first mover advantage and it has remain at the top. Someday, another cryptocurrency can either take its position being number one but still if bitcoin is use continuously then it can survive. It will take a hundred more years before all the bitcoin will be mined and maybe during that time, one satoshi is like one dollar already as long as the mass adoption will continue. We need to continue to educate some people who are willing to learn and for those close-minded people, do not mind them. |

It will survive as long as there is crypto-currencies, because Bitcoin is pioneer of it. And with recent developments as lightning network it is bound to survive.

In my opinion BTC will live forever and maybe in the future it will only one payment system on blockchain, all other blockchain services will used for other purposes

(1) There are circulating supplies
(2) There are people/investors accepting, supporting and wanting to invest in bitcoin
(3) There's internet

Not all government against it. Some are in favour of it. It gives the power to Bitcoin. After declare illegal people are still purchasing. That's show the strength of Bitcoin. I think it will survive for long time and who are against it may accept it after increasing the trend of it.

As long as there is a demand for bitcoin in the crypto-currency trading market and usage for it, bitcoin would be able to survive for a very long time among all different investment assets, and I would say bitcoin is getting more and more popular as time goes by.

we are almost in 10 years since bitcoin created and so far, many people know bitcoin and they use bitcoin although not all people from over the world know bitcoin. in the 5 years later, bitcoin will still survive in the cryptocurrency industry because bitcoin offers something different to the financial and not just for every people but also can be used in the company which want to try to use blockchain technology. It will survive forever. Even if the prices have dropped quite a lot in past few months, people are still investing. I think the prices have stabilized and thus investments are more safe. We need to work on two things to increase the life of bitcoins- bitcoin transaction fees and transfer time.
I'm exactly thinking the same thing. Bitcoin in the future is unpredictable but it will surely survive for a long period of time knowing the value of bitcoin itself. |

We do not know, when it will stop. First burst net BTC we do not know that the BTC will blow the industry. We do not have a virus that's really wrong. In my opinion we do not know when.

Most countries may not be entertaining bitcoin that much but we can say that bitcoin is popular to most of the people in the world. And I believe that if people will still entertain bitcoin, there will be a long chance of it to survive even it has lack of attention from the government.

The Bitcoin dominance has reduced significantly in past some years. Right now we are in Euphoric stage. Tons of new cryptocurrencies are coming every month. But in long term, most of them are likely to die. Bitcoin will need effective adoption to keep its dominance in place. Awareness is definitely increasing. But there are hurdles from banks and state agencies in the path of proper adoption. Right now bitcoin being just a speculative currency will find it hard to maintain its dominance in long term. But regarding the survival, Bitcoin is likely to exist till the cryptocurrency market flourishes.

The survive of bitcoin will continue till the butcoiners love it and believe on it. After a big crisis and hike of some altcoins bitcoin still alive because of the love , believe and loyalty etc.Bitcoiners are the power of bitcoin. If the bitcoiners exist then the bitcoin will continue till the last bitcoiner who dodge his entire bitcon.
