225 TH/s is a nice, even 9x24.567 TH Fast-Hash One Platinum miners.
It goes from 65 TH (roughly 3x24.5 TH - could have been working out some bugs, bad chips, or hardware build issues), to 100 TH (roughly 4x24.5 TH), to 150 TH (roughly 6x24.5 TH), to 225 TH (roughly 9x24.5 Th)...
Whoever is mining is operating at roughly 2.25% of the global Bitcoin hash rate.
It's not ActM. I know this for a fact, as much as I would rather it be them. Do you know who it is? Whoever it is is mining on your pool - the one you suggested Ken mine on. They are adding in increments divisible by 25 TH. It's not "my" pool but yes I do mine there I also do know who it is. What machines is he/she using?

He never said it was an individual.
Bargraphics was asked "what machines is he/she using?" He did not correct the assumption it was an individual. But if it isn't, then he can tell us who it is. No need to keep it secret.

He never said it wasn't Active Mining gear. If it's Active Mining gear, then we are mining with at least the same hashrate. Can't wait for my dividends to come in

Listen guys,
I'm not going to say who it is because I was privileged to that information and would like it to stay that way.
You don't need to know who it is just that it isn't Active Mining but I would have LOVED for it to be.
Now let's move on, if the person, person(s), or company that is holding that address want to come forward then that is when you will know who it is.

If you feel the need to quote someone - not always necessary - please edit the quote down to relevant points. Way too much quoting going on here.

We are working on assembling everything, so when our boards and chips arrive, we can ship the miners fast.

What miners could they potentially be using to add to the network in increments of 25 TH?

He could be referring to the boards and chips that are going to customers other than ActM.

You don't really know what he has and what he doesn't, whether he got an initial batch of sample chips or not. In early November, he stated he was going to be adding about 3 TH or more over the following weeks. That could have been from sample chips.

So, do you think Ken is lying about waiting for chips and has actually been mining since November and is keeping the bitcoin for himself?

So, do you think Ken is lying about waiting for chips and has actually been mining since November and is keeping the bitcoin for himself? He may be waiting for the mainline batch of chips with which to fulfill the orders made by customers who are not ActM, which he could have potentially had modified for whatever reason - intellihash or whatever. I'm not saying he is lying, just that he isn't giving all the details. He may also not be mining for himself but just trying to keep a lid on the fact that he has things up and running to some extent. If it was me, and I was going to try to gain a huge percentage of the network, I wouldn't want anyone else to know in advance but only after I had to reveal it. The later others knew, the better. Or Ken could have been a customer to VMC, purchasing the first batch of units from there. I don't know. But this recent hashing power boost has come within the last week alone - i.e., it wasn't present in Nov. or prior to Dec. 20-something. It started out hashing at around 9 TH. I can say "Hey, the chips are going to be late." That doesn't mean that I don't already have chips, it could just mean that a certain batch of chips are going to be late, or a whole host of different things. If your wife asks, "Did you take the trash out?" You may say you did, but not in the same way that she thought. Maybe you just took it out of the house and piled it under the deck cause you didn't get it out in time for collection, but technically speaking, you "took it out" (i.e., carried it outside). But she is asking whether you took it out to the curb in time for collection. I'm just speculating... I find it strange that someone is adding hashing power in increments perfectly divisible by 25 TH every couple days. Yeah, it could be 150 KNC miners or HashFast or CoinTerra miners, that just coincidentally are being added to the network in increments that suggest ActM Platinum miner's 24.5 TH spec.

Looks like even more hashing power is coming on-line at Eligius... at least another 25 TH.

Nothing against Bargraphics, but even if he knew it was active bringing on all this hashing power.. why in the lords name would he tell you lot when we are so close to having our trading platform open.
Who knows how low the share price will open at, why risk telling everyone and have the share price sky rocket before he could pick up cheap shares.
All seems pretty obvious to me, some useful info every now and then would be great, instead of having to filter through pages and pages of complete rubbish

I hope these arent ActM miners otherwise may have missed opportunity and need to act fast when trading happens. Another thought is that everyone is assuming the photo taken of quiet workbenches was taken around the time of photo posted but could it have been taken weeks before that? I hope not or Ill end up with small shares but Im mostly buying and holding BTC so will be happy anyway. Whatever people say from an outsiders view this looks like the calm before the storm.

They are almost certainly not ActM miners, so no worries there. ActM would need 10,000 overclocked chips to achieve 200th/s and I strongly doubt that ActM would have that many with sample + low volume - sent out machines.

Exactly what I thought. There is no way to know when that picture was taken or the context Ken was commenting in. It could have been like a caption speaking of a past event. Steve Jobs and Wozniak working on the Apple I Edit: Crumbs pointed-out that the picture is electronically dated.
