Also, minerpart, please explain to me how the IPO offer on the first page is a legally binding contract of anything on this rinky dink forum?? The man can go and change the wording of it to imply anything at his whim.
Honestly, I can't be bothered, you are not prepared to listen.

Oh and remember what your dirty little game amounted to for you. Zilch. If you left this thread alone you might have been able to make some money here. lolly lolzy lols.

We really need something substantial from Ken at this point.

I disagree. We are still on schedule on the amended time-scale. You are just piling on pressure for no reason. January is the month for full delivery on this project. You know we are currently waiting for the new batch of chips. Relax.

how the world actually operates.
So the court case raised by the SEC which is currently on-going and involves Options offers to the US market from an un-licensed broker is not the real world in operation? You should get your head checked.

Minerpart, whose account are you? As soon as this account got out of noob jail, it started pimping Active Mining. What's up with that?
Are you serious? I've been on here for four months. Regularly for four months. Not four HOURS like you you sad-case. I was recommended to ACtM, so I bought shares and signed up to this forum. I think that is pretty usual behaviour.

What happened to the statement in one of Ken's updates where he said: "We are working with eASIC engineers to get the chips on our boards"?
Ken, provide us with a real update that specifies what our timeline is and what is going on with the shares.

You know we are currently waiting for the new batch of chips. Relax. You can't be serious. We really have no idea where we are in the schedule, and we are still unable to trade shares. I know it isn't Ken's fault directly with regards to the shares, but he hasn't addressed this in weeks. This is poor communication from the man we invested in. We do need something more substantial from Ken. In my short time here, I feel like investing in Bitcoin securities is like playing Russian roulette with 5/6 of the chambers loaded

Assuming that the chip delivery timeline started on the day of the announcement, we are in week 17. That means we should be on the verge of full-scale production. Of course this does not include the delays. It would be nice if we could at least get an estimate.

I do hope we are on the verge of full-scale production. That is what keeps me glued to this company: the potential But you said it yourself: we're basing all this off of assumptions, and we don't have much confirmed in terms of length of delays Only time will tell, as usual.

Even if this whole thing is a big scam I would at least like to have an eASIC chip as a souvenir. I deserve that. Show me a chip - there has to be something. Either absolutely no chips have been delivered yet (not even samples) or the chips are being hidden. If they haven't been delivered then either eASIC screwed-up or the design was flawed.
Does anyone recall the comment from Ken that he was working with eASIC engineers to get the chips and boards working? That comment has been deleted.

Well the eASIC engineers shouldn't be anywhere near the boards. They design a chip and specification and Ken takes that to produce boards. If the eASIC engineers are looking at boards I feel something is going awry.

Well if that is the case then cool. That would mean we have boards and real in the flesh eASIC chips! It's a downer they don't work but it's a step further than I thought we were.

Has anything actually happened to prompt this latest bout of complaints or is this just business as usual?

But he deleted it - not sure when. Even if the chips were a failure, there has to be a sample chip sitting around. eASIC had to have delivered something by now. Why can't we get a picture of a chip?

Business as usual. I think it is dawning on us that there isn't much left to hold on to. There is no way to prove any shares are ours, there is no way to prove a shareholder agreement exists, we can't trade, we don't know where the chips are or how far they are from being delivered, and the days keep rolling by.

Ken's self-imposed deadlines over regular comms are being met. We have 'shipped product'. We have over 6Mill USD confirmed online orders. We have had our share exchange shut down by SEC All mined btc are being logged. We are awaiting new batch of chips from eASIC - stated openly by Ken.
Now think about the last point. eASIC monitor this thread. They are intimately woven into this story. Do you think they would allow a statement like that to stand if it were untrue? They would shut this thread down in a day if anything substantial like that were fabricated - they have a huge reputation in the silicon industry to maintain.
So every post from Ken which mentions in the passing anything to do with eASIC is fact. So the fact is, we are awaiting chips.
Now stop letting the Trolls wind you up guys. We are going to be grinning from ear to ear very soon.
