Why won't they send in fake KYC when most of the bounties and airdrops are also fake. Many of these bounties and airdrops are not to be entrusted with ti's vital documents.

I just was brought up to speed on groups of people sending in fake/Photoshopped ID's by scanning public records to defeat the KYC process and it seemingly is very easy to do.  It appears that many people sent in fake documentation to the Bob's and Polymath KYC and had no hassles.  How do these companies verify people if all they have to go on is public information?  Did they even really check the ID's or were they simply collected the data?  How rampant do you think this is?  How many of us are complete fools for turning in our documents when others simply faked it.  Now they have our data and the people who faked it are still secure.

NOT FAIR.

I don't get it. Why would people giving their real ID or personal information for KYC process. Trusting some unknown company in crypto with your information. Is it really worth selling your information? That's why there are people rather fake their ID for KYC.

Those ICO creators who request KYC, albeit with good intentions, saying against money laundering, do not have access to state institutions of all countries, so they can not verify the correctness of the data. Even a selfie with a passport does not help. People are just too afraid to provide their data. Such a vicious circle.

This problem is occurring, in part because of many fake projects, set up to retrieve user information. Yes, this is the form to profit from the aiirdrop program

I don't like this KYC system, but it significantly reduces the number of bounty participants and it also has a positive effect on the profits of all participants. I think not all participants make fakes. After all, if he does not pass the procedure, he will not receive tokens.

I think if any company is not taking strict measure for KYC to make sure that only people with real IDs get verified then It is not a wise choice to send your ID's to them because either they are doing it to collect data for marketing or selling it to others which puts your Identity at risk.

Your deception will be able to easily figure out and then you do not earn anything. It seems to me that it is better not to deceive anyone and try to earn money in the most honest way

That's why KYC doesn't need to be needed in a bounty.
a lot of SCAMMER in KYC delivery and it is very dangerous for your survival in the future.

Your passport identity is stolen by someone else. ZZZZZZZZZZZ

I participated in Amazix bounty and they required kyc. That was my first time and unlucky for me my pictures were rejected for late submission since I had a lower megapixel with my camera.

I have no problem in giving my real ID cards for KYC . Only people  with multiple accounts are against this . But it is a matter of gamble. If you send you complete identity, it may be harmful to yourself but if you will not send your real identity, you may not get your investment.

Some people send fake files for their own purposes, and sending fake id CARDS can end up affecting you, because a lot of validation is handled. But keep in mind that using a fake id card is illegal and could become more stringent in the future.

I do not think ICOs generally examine it. They're just trying to figure out they're just an individual. It's impossible for them to examine so many people.

Because real data is afraid to show. 90% ICO is now a scam. Why are you surprised. In my country, no such documents are provided on the internet ...

i Hope There is no KYC verifications Anymore in Crypto world, I'm not against in any KYC as I Kaow that it just want to protect our investment , I Think KYC is Really needed to Avoid the multi account, But it is also Often Misused for fraud Etc.

I do not know how they can counterfeit, because in addition to identity card, it also needs proof of payment in the last three months. And just as you say, bounty hunters are not interested in bounty requests for KYC, and now most bounty hunters do not require KYC for participants.

I think the meaning of crypto is its transparency and anonymity. Therefore, it is unreasonable to force users to KYC. I think the use of forged documents is not wrong either.

I think some use automation to do these stuff. The system just verifies your name the name on the card and so if you use that name, that is all. Some of these KYCs are used just for the purpose that they do not want any legal issues to arise in the course of their sale but they do not really check it.

In my opinion, KYC procedure should be in crypto at all. But sending a fake ID is not a good idea. I beleive that all big companies which provide legit projects are able to verify whether the ID is fake or not.

Today it is very dangerous to reveal your identity, I know many bounty hunters who either didn't participate in bounty campaigns that forced to undergo the KYC procedure or didn't take their honestly earned tokens because they wanted to remain anonymous.

But if you are sending a fake id to kyc that is a big problem in future because it might loose your money or profit in the end of the day.
