In my opinion it would best to hold your coins but there is no guarantee that you would got back what you lose. You could even suffer more but there indeed opportunity to gain it back if you still hold or do something else like investing in ico or invest it to another altcoins. For example if you invest it on pundi back in march you might gain 600% profit in last mei if you sell it on the right time. Market have been crazy over the last few months so the best thing to do is to hold and wait until values completely recovers from the dip.
