Don't worry. There are many people like you here. Now there is no point in self-flagellation for the lost money. I think you were ready for losses when you went to the crypto currency. After all, we all understand that crypto currency is a big risk. You've got a good experience in investing and now you understand that a crypto currency can't only make you rich but also can lead to losses.

And he can take this experience and learn from it and have it help him become a better trader and investor. Losing money is all part of the game.

Hold it is best strategy for now,  we dont have other better strategy because mostly all crypto going down at the same times,  and later they also will going up at the sametimes. Hold and patient wait for bullish trend is only that we can do now to recover loss and make some profit later.

Calm down yourself. You experienced something really hard to test your destiny. I would suggest be more patient to wait the coming back of bullish. Risk is part of our life in this place.

I agree with you, my password has also dropped by half, but I do not intend to sell, I believe the bull market will come again. Because encryption currency is volatile, the market will rise again in the future.

I do not think it will be right now to sell at a loss. First, you need to make an analysis of the prospects of what you own. If this is a promising coin, you have to accept the decline in their prices and wait for the market to turn.

If you are invested with some of the top 25 coins that have been established for more than a few months then I would suggest that you increase what you currently hold and reduce you cost average buy-in price. If you are holding some recent ICO coins that are not showing any signs of development progress then I would consider selling them and switch to some of the reliable alts that will probably increase quickly when things recover.

If you do not have and available funds to invest then I would suggest you just HOLD your position for now and wait for a recovery

FOMO is one of the biggest mistake an investor could feel ,
And I think we all have the same experience but you should consider cutting loss when it comes to trading,
Set some cut loss point in your trade so you wouldn't loss too much if it continues to drop.

My best suggestion is to be active on your telegram and see if the team are doing some measures to regain the coins value and if they are still active on providing update. If yes,  then keep the coin since it will surely make up but if no then dump the coin to cut your lost.

FOMO is a real thing and it happens to all of us here. If you have patience, then may be just HODL but it seems like market would take a long time to recover this time. Many people have made the same mistake as you. You can pull out some money if you want to invest in something else but I guess you should probably hodl.

Many people lost their money in crypto because they followed the fomo and hype of the other people. this is one of the factor generating to the lost besides the wrong analysis. In this case, following only the hype and fomo without self-analysis will not be good for you. If you have lost your money, just re-analyze your coins. Consider whether it is still profitable or not holding them.

I believe a lot of crypto-currencies investors have lost a lot of their money during this bearish market, the best solution is to hold on to your bitcoin and altcoins in your wallet until the trading market starts to recover, but it seems that it might take quite a while for that scenario to happen.

if you still keep the coins you buy it, you should save and hold it first because if you sell it now you will even add more losses. I heard an issue stating that the market will recover by the end of this year or next year. maybe if that happens, you will not get too much loss, or even get an abundant profit

It's not surprising reading stories of losses because I'm sure all of us here suffer losses and this isn't new and the fact that the moment we put our feet in crypto world we should be ready from anything. If you do something like recover by selling your assets then trade or invest again, I'm not sure you can make a profit that can recover your loss, it would be better for HODL

I think you should hold that for a while, Holding means, you will not lose your investment as long as you will not sell that below in your target prices. If you dont need that remaining half of money right now, the best thing that you can do is only waiting that is it. Market is going to recover sooner or later and when you remember this time you are going to laugh maybe

You should hold them, as long as you are not entering the market when the price are at the peak of mountain. If you in that situation better to sell them right away and wait for another opportunity.

In my opinion it would best to hold your coins but there is no guarantee that you would got back what you lose. You could even suffer more but there indeed opportunity to gain it back if you still hold or do something else like investing in ico or invest it to another altcoins. For example if you invest it on pundi back in march you might gain 600% profit in last mei if you sell it on the right time. So here i trying to say there is opportunity out there to gain what you lose but, i do say its hard to invest on another coin when you been lose so much cause there is a feeling of afraid that we might lose more but as investors that how we play and i do think its worth a shot right?

Market have been crazy over the last few months so the best thing to do is to hold and wait until values completely recovers from the dip. If you still have the financial capacity to purchase some coins and take advantage of the low prices, it would also be a good thing to do but choose the coins you will buy carefully.

I should have just went with bitcoin or ethereum. Cause if they go up then the other alt coins go up. They are the leaders of the pack it seems like. I will hodl since I don't want to sell at a loss. But you think they will go back up by the end of the year?

The most important thing is not to be greedy and only invest that you can afford to lose. Also FOMO is a common mistake because we don't know the future. You should hold your coins until they recover again. Since in the beginning, it is always being mentioned that cryptocurrencies are volatile. They are unpredictable. It is risky especially if we're talking about investments

What i can say for you is just hold, dumped coin means you only lose its value and not the coins so after the end of this bearish market we all okay.
