Where would I enter the   "  -reserveblance=999999999  "  command please?

Just started collecting.

Thanks

it will be nice if exchange will pay us the stake on our coins if we have them there instead of the wallets.

This could be done, but it would require a good deal of book keeping.

Additionally to gain interest those coins would need to sit on the network hot, and use up CPU power, taking away from deposits/withdraws.  There is risk to an exchange doing this, as such I would guess the majority of the coins are in cold storage, and those that are hot, are set with -reserveblance=999999999

You can do it during startup:
Code:
HoboNickels.exe -reservebalance=9999999

In the config file:
reservebalance=99999999

In the RPC Console:
Code:
08:06:20
help reservebalance

08:06:20
reservebalance [<reserve> [amount]]
<reserve> is true or false to turn balance reserve on or off.
<amount> is a real and rounded to cent.
Set reserve amount not participating in network protection.
If no parameters provided current setting is printed.

And in v1.5 it will be in the GUI.

Our block eXplorer got some problems with connections?

Looks like it, not sure if Unick is aware, he maybe out.

There are a few other choices.

I have picked up some good priced HBN during the last couple days. And I have more orders in to catch the dumpers.

HBN is here to stay. With a high stake rate and only a 10 day maturity period, HBN is in my opinion the best PoS stake coin available.

this is true!!!

Hobonickels
type of algorithm: scrypt
PoW/PoS
This Pow/PoS hybrid has quite the fair start. From block 1 to today (890,000), the PoW generation has been 5 HBN.

block 1- (2013-07-24 04:36:29)
block 1000- 2013-07-24 05:19:02)
block 2000- (2013-07-24 08:38:27)
block 3000- (2013-07-24 17:26:31)
block 4000- (2013-07-25 00:42:43)
block 5000- (2013-07-25 09:40:57)
block 6000- (2013-07-25 17:50:24)
block 7000- (2013-07-26 01:51:22)
block 8000- (2013-07-26 10:15:46)
block 9000- (2013-07-26 18:07:55)
block 10000- (2013-07-27 01:49:02)
block 20000- (2013-07-30 13:30:41)
block 30000- (2013-08-03 01:47:29)
block 40000- (2013-08-06 14:06:16)
block 50000- (2013-08-10 00:28:30)
As one can see from their blockchain time stamps, it took a little less than 3 days for the first 10000 blocks to be mined, and the following 10000 block increments were generated in 3-4 days. This coin was mined very smoothly from the beginning.

Hmmm, it seems the lack of updates / news / information? Who knows, is leading to price decrease. Hope this rebounds but for now it's cheap hbn!
We are in accumulation mode.  Just enjoy the staking for now. Good stuff coming in the future. No worries.

The stakes are great. Coins just keep pouring in.

I would take the time upgrade to 1.4.0.1 since you will have to rebuild the index.  It seems to be more stable, and allows for much faster start up time.
