Is NXT the only one cryptocurrency, that doesn't based on btc source?

It is based on "MLM Residual Income".

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

He's sad he missed out on the first NXT train, so he's attemping to compare it to a infamous multi level marketing scheme bullshit.

To answer your question: yes. NXT is 100% new code and the first real cryptocurrency 2.0

All those that gave 1BTC received somewhere near 47M NXT, which today is worth approximately 3.29M USD.  This could be, perhaps, the best return on investment the world has ever seen

this is pertinent information

I keep getting error messages
Generated an incorrect block. Waiting for the next one
I tried deleting blocks.nxt but it did not help because
[2014-02-15 15:52:02.715] blocks.nxt not found, starting from scratch
[2014-02-15 15:52:02.715] Error initializing Nxt servlet
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: attempted to create a block with 115357 tran
sactions
and then it ended with a bunch of errors Undecided
So I deleted also transactions.nxt and it seems to be doing something now...

look in the transactions, if you see an unexpected transaction that is sending all of your coins to another address than you got hacked. If you do not see such a transaction than you are either not caught up in the blockchain or you are on a fork chain.

Right, and they could have lost their funds completely to a scammer.  It's called reward, and it's the only reason people risk their capital.

Nerozumím otázce "co máš za účet". Co tím myslíš? Tak se mi zdá že tahle technologie je pěkně naprd, když člověk přijde takhle jednoduše o prachy!  Angry

Latest block as of writing is 67126, if you're on that block it will show the correct balance of your account. Everything fine.
