@ Silez - why do think it was unexpected?.. We had a fix, seemed to be working, so that meant more miners were comfortable mining the coin. That was expected if it worked.

@ amouse - Sorry , I thought you said you transferred to your Tagbond / TagCash wallet on our system. If it is via the wallet to wallet system, I cannot really help you...who did you transfer the coins to?... Maybe ask them if they received them?.. If it was us, then we need your TAGbond ID number or email...

Is this the same issue that ORB has?

I ask because IIRC it is a bug in the POS inherited from Novacoin and Mad_Max has fixed it and the fix is on his fork of Orb.

Why after each transaction, my wallet balance splitted from "Balance" to "Balance" and "Stake"
and also at the same time, appears new, additional transaction with type "Mined" ?

Ok. Thank you. Looks like after reload an rescan all blockchain, balance seems Ok.
Before reload full blockchain in the my wallet was only balance, w/o stake.
I understand in theory ), but was first time in practice and was no any stake in my wallet, only small balance.
So, against the background of some troubles with tagcoin network before, it was a bit unusual. )

Tagcoin v1.0.4 (Optional update)

This update loosens the rules for accepting blocks under certain conditions. Instead, blocks are now more thoroughly checked before being appended to the chain. This will results in clients being able to sync with each other better, and less orphans.

This update is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. Pools in particular will benefit the most from updating.

Unable to connect with 1.0.3 and 1.0.4, not sure what to do at this point. Tried every addnode you guys have suggested.

What I found with even version 1.0.3 was that I had to delete my blockchain, assuming you are using windows. "Please note DO NOT DELETE YOUR WALLET TOO.. BE VERY CAREFUL!!".

I used this info and in place of bitcoin, I just changed to name to tagcoin or went one directory up and found tagcoin. I then copied my wallet.dat some where else and renamed the whole tagcoin directory to tagcoin.old.

Depending on your OS, the wallet file will be located at:
Windows: %APPDATA%\Bitcoin\
Linux: ~/.bitcoin/
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/


This allowed me to start a new blockchain download for tagcoin and so far I have synced without any issues. AGAIN BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DON'T DELETE YOUR WALLET. I then copied the wallet back into the tagcoin directory adn restarted the client, it confirmed things and all was good again.
