As we can see it was rejected by the external system, it might be your bank. Please contact your bank in order to get the details.
Also, kindly ask you to check if there are any limitations on your card and if payments to/from cex.io are allowed with your card.

Thank you for your understanding.

In the next hour I will add the third card and I will try to bring it to you, promptly also respond that with my verification I already answered 5 queries, there is no answer for 1 month at least !!!! I sent a request for verif + and for corporate !!!!!

Why are you deceiving !!! I contacted my bank, I was checked and answered that no requests were postpal to replenish the cards .... I took the third card and it is not added to you and writes that it is rejected !!! What a disgrace, urgently decide what the problem is or if you voice some of the out-of-the-board tariffs on your site, I'm not used to the limit, but my account has lost the ability to display maps! Decide urgently !!!

I have deposited bitcoins to CEX.io on 28th of july, but I still don't have them on my account.
Support immediately said that it's because my account is not Verified, after that they have been just ignoring my messages.
I have provided all verification documents on 7th of July, which is more then a month(!!) ago.
I have made deposit of bitcoin and cash withdrawal before I got verification request.
It is really frustrating since I don't have access to my coins for almost 3 weeks now  Angry
Please solve my issue

Have the on going issue with account access I have been trying to get resolved for a long time. Since changing my mobile phone number I have not been able to access my account. I have provided you with all the details you requested and can't get any response from customer support.  Please could you get this sorted I just keep getting ignored. I first joined in 2013 and haven't managed access since 2014. My user name and password still works but can't get the text on my new phone number. Please help. I don't won't to loose faith in cex.io..

After poking on this forum, support finally responded, requesting my tax documents(!), and bank statements proving cash deposits to other exchanges. I find this unfeasible and unreasonable, minding the fact that I made just two btc deposits to this exchange, first worth ~8k$ and second worht ~3k$.
I want to warn other customers about requests that you may get while using this exchange.
I requested my bitcoin back(which is less then 1btc if you are curious), and hope it will take them less then a month to respond to my request.

They asked for documents. I provided everything they asked for, and in a month I'm getting a request for more documents, while having no access to bitcoins that I have deposited. This is totally excellent service

My old address was also starting with 3. So was it already a segwit address and I can cnotinue to use it?
