Hello! Your ticket has already been passed to our financial department and they are investigating the issue. 8 days have not yet received a payment from the bank. I have done all the detailed research in my bank, but there is no amount coming in to the account at all. There may have been a mistake in the payment you have made in the intermediary institution may be valor valued. We kindly ask you to contact your bank and ask to investigate this issue. On our end, the payment has been successfully made. If the employees of your bank are not able to find the amount according to the payment details we provided you with, then we will need an official letter from the bank confirming this. Ok so I thought I was misunderstanding the restricted withdrawal system for USA and USD. But I'm still not understanding a few things. First, I can deposit USD just fine via card. Second, it says in your "Restricted for payments" section on all four methods that United States is "Restricted for payments" https://imgur.com/a/H5vjzThird, it shows that I can withdraw via Wire Transfer which is also a "Restricted for payments" of USA. So either I shouldn't be able to withdraw from wire transfer as well (for whatever reason), or I should also be able to withdraw for a payment card. So my question is: how do I withdraw USD? If I indeed can't withdraw USD to card, you need to update the UI to show this since currently it shows a large green checkmark. I am still referring to ticket #268795. Thank you.

ATTENTION!!!! You reject all requests for withdrawal, you do not allow to pass verification higher than the minimum tariffs !!!! How to work on your site if you can not make a problem without a conclusion even $ 10,000. This is the minimum amount of my transactions, and what if I want to work with higher amounts on your site  ?? I recommend everyone to look after with my question quickly not decided by representatives!

Also, kindly ask you to check if there are any limitations on your card and if payments to/from cex.io are allowed with your card. Why are you deceiving !!! I contacted my bank, I was checked and answered that no requests were postpal to replenish the cards .... I took the third card and it is not added to you and writes that it is rejected !!! What a disgrace, urgently decide what the problem is or if you voice some of the out-of-the-board tariffs on your site, I'm not used to the limit, but my account has lost the ability to display maps! Decide urgently !!!

I have deposited bitcoins to CEX.io on 28th of july, but I still don't have them on my account. Support immediately said that it's because my account is not Verified, after that they have been just ignoring my messages. I have provided all verification documents on 7th of July, which is more then a month(!!) ago. I have made deposit of bitcoin and cash withdrawal before I got verification request. It is really frustrating since I don't have access to my coins for almost 3 weeks now  Please solve my issue

Hammers929 here.. Have the on going issue with account access I have been trying to get resolved for a long time. Since changing my mobile phone number I have not been able to access my account. I have provided you with all the details you requested and can't get any response from customer support. Please could you get this sorted I just keep getting ignored. I first joined in 2013 and haven't managed access since 2014. My user name and password still works but can't get the text on my new phone number. Please help. I don't won't to loose faith in cex.io..
