After this 3 bets my balance went down from 300+ to 7 DOGE. And you say I was betting for  2 jackpots at once? How is that even possible?

There are 5 jackpot levels and you can place a bet on each of them by placing a tick in each checkbox. On your roll history, you can see that is what you did as there is a tick on the jackpot column.

Unfortunately, I got no idea about what "ticks" we are talking about, because I never placed any. I never play any jackpots, cause I'm not some out-of-his-mind degen. So I'm not gonna round in circles, and will put it straight - am I getting my DOGE back or not? I don't know what the heck happened, but I do feel robbed and want my coin back. It's not about that 1 dollar, but a matter of principle.

Can you tell what happens when you try to change it? I just tried it myself and changed without any problems.

The only reasons I can think of not to be able to change an address are either the new address is invalid or you have email problems that mean you can't confirm it.

I don't have a date for that and wetsuit is on holiday at the moment so I can't ask him.

There is nothing to update. On the Hi-Lo game there is an option to place bets on jackpots at the same time by selecting them in the jackpot box. That's what you did as was shown on your roll history by the tick in the jackpot column.

I ignored that last group of guys. Freebitco is one of the original and best services in the BTC community I believe that through them I have made a decent amount of BTC while also helping them profit. I don't understand people who think they are trying to scam them left and right.

You have to gamble the bonus quota. For example, if you claim 0.001 BTC, you'd have to wager 25 times its value to release it. Below ia directly quoted from the site:

When you claim a bonus, an equivalent amount is deducted from your account balance and the amount+bonus is transferred to a bonus account. For example, if you claim a bonus of 0.001 BTC, an additional 0.001 BTC will be deducted from your account balance and your bonus account will have a balance of 0.002 BTC.
The balance in your bonus account needs to be wagered 25 times in the MULTIPLY BTC game before it is credited to your main balance. In the above example, you need to wager 0.05 (0.002* 25 ) BTC before the balance in your bonus account is transferred to your main account.
The maximum wagering requirements that you can fulfill in a single bet cannot exceed 10% of the original amount of your bonus account. Following the example above, if you make a bet of less than or equal to 0.0002, the full amount will be counted towards your wagering requirements but for bets over 0.0002, only a maximum of 0.0002 will be counted towards your wagering requirements.
