We've always viewed this giveaway as a means of giving back to the community, however, we're compelled to discontinue the service due to large-scale account abuse on the part of some errant users. Atomic or the core one (dogecoin.com).

These are desktop clients which allow you to store any amounts of DOGE. Unless you're referring to external sites which you don't have full access to.

Personally, I used Dogechain.info web wallet for long time and didn't had problems with it. Though I havent tried it recently.
If you're on Desktop, you can download Multi Doge wallet from official Dogecoin website. If you're using phone, Coinomi is a good option.
