wetsuit is the only known admin (owner) of Freebitco. TheQuin was the right hand for him. There is no information about the change of ownership of Freebitco. But many users assumed that the website had been sold by the previous owner. No one has any valid evidence about it though.

Previously TheQuin responded to messages, at the moment he does not respond. And I can not write to the wetsuit admin at all. Is it possible to contact the project admins and find out if it is possible to withdraw funds, or maybe I received a hidden/silent account ban?

March 30 at 23:15 I was able to change the withdrawal address, but the payment has not arrived yet. The last time I withdrew funds was in October last year. In the profile, you can only enter the old-style address, but in the transaction block chain there are also transfers to the segwit address, and this is very strange because the system does not allow you to save it on the account profile settings page.

I too randomly received 10 WOF spins the other day. I'm still owed some 16/day going on for over a year now or something like that I lost track lol

Any free WOF spin from the email newsletter just gets a 500 internal server error for the past few days as well

I actually reduced my fun token count too as it seemed mostly pointless to have that many if they're not going to give you your WOF spins

I wish I knew what's going on here. I used to love this place and used it frequently but it seems whoever is in charge has let it deteriorate into a barely functioning site

Aren't you able to login to your account now? A lot of users are waiting for the withdrawal since last few days. Some users have received their 'instant withdrawal request' recently, but their 'slow withdrawal request' hasn't been processed yet (see here). Both wetsuit and TheQuin are inactive now. 'CSFBC' is the only active support team of Freebitco now here in the forum. But he rarely gives replies to anyone.

And the old admins were TheQuin and wetsuit? Who were these users? What is the name of the new company that bought the FreeBitco.in website? Will they solve the problem with the withdrawal of funds? Will the KYC (verification) procedure be implemented on the faucet? The last time I withdrew funds was in October last year. I have been on this faucet for 7 years, I use the site only as a faucet for collecting satoshi bitcoins.

You have lot of questions, but we have very few answers. What is known that wetsuit was owner of website and TheQuin was employee, not admin. But what is going behind the curtains now, we can only speculate and make conspiracy theories.
KYC - I really doubt that they would implemen KYC, especially for faucet, but you never know.

Hey - just joined this forum to mention that freebitco.in sent out a "Apologies for the Downtime" email tonight, and a few hours later now the WOF spins are working for me, did around 20 spins from the emails and ones I paid for on the rewards page without any issues. Hope it's working for others too.

Also tonight, sold some FUN tokens I bought within the past few months, and it worked instantly. I had been unaware that premium benefits hadn't been working for so long, so that was annoying, but finally found out from this forum. FUN tokens had a big spike in their price this week so the ones I sold were worth over double what I paid for them originally.

Will try withdrawing some BTC today to see how that goes, with plans to withdraw at least half of my BTC, but don't feel ready to totally give up on the site just yet, even though it has caused a lot of frustration.

So as far as I can tell, the site is back to the same state it was before these issues occurred, with premium benefits still heavily promoted but not working...

I withdrew to the new address format about a month ago, i totally forgot about changing address in profile where I had a legacy address. I just (dumb) entered a new segwit addy and it worked somehow.  Took maybe a week tho like others have said.  Not promising it will work for everyone but i took the risk, by mistake, and it did work for me...

I have a problem logging into my account. After entering my details I get this message "Incorrect login details".  Embarrassed
I am trying to make a password reminder but I do not get any message. I only receive ads and promotions in my email and nothing else. I wrote to support a week ago and no response.
I think I got banned because I found out that my sister was also using her account on the same network, and it looks like I got banned for having multiple accounts. She also can’t log into her account. It's strange, because some time ago I saw a similar message when logging in, but back then I just did a password reset and everything went back to normal.
Now I don’t even receive any emails when I try to reset the password. I don’t know if they send any message after blocking an account, but I haven’t received anything...
Is there any way to lift the ban if it turns out that I’ve actually been banned?

When an account is banned, do the funds disappear, and what happens to them? Does the administrator have access and can just withdraw and transfer everything? Or maybe that’s not possible and everything stays in the wallet?
If it’s the second option and no one but me can withdraw the funds, then maybe it would be worth trying to come to an agreement and somehow split the contents of the wallet?
I’ve got over 1 million FUN tokens there, which is more than $10,000, and I’ll be really pissed off if I can’t recover those funds.
Is there any chance I can get my money back?

What's the state of this project - shortly, it's going downhil. Nothing has changed about WOF and eventually there is getting more things on Freebitco.in that doesn't work properly.
Was it sold? We can only speculate about it because they never communicated about it. But I would say it's very likely that project has changed hands.

I haven't been able to get the Wheel of Fortune since August 2024. That's a shame, because I bought their FUN tokens when they weren't even listed yet, and at a ridiculous price compared to today. I've written many tickets, with no results. It looks like they're preparing an exit scam. I assume they're still making some profit from new users, which is why they're still online.

This makes me sad, because I've been using the website for over 8 years.
