hello, I bought 2500 FUN tokens and locked them for 365 days. According to the info everywhere on your website, that should reward me 4 free WOF spins daily, but it seems i only get 1 spin daily.

Should i contact support regarding this, or was the benefits for locking FUN tokens adjusted ?

As far as I understand it the locking gets you the interest, the number of WOF spins you get depends on how long you've held FUN for.

It's after holding 2500 FUN for 365 days you'll get the 4 WOF per day as shown on the Premium page > Premium Benefits Estimator

The lock term dictates how much interest you will get on on your FUN, that's all.

The length of time you hold your 2500 FUN dictates how many WOF you get whether you lock them or not

So if you just bought them you will get 1 WOF, after 90 days 2 WOF, 180 days 3 WOF, 360 days 4

That's definitely exactly what it says on the pages.

To make things worse, I don't play multiply btc game. I played it a few times in '21 and lost more than gaining...after that I was like, yep this part of the site isn't for me.

It's only possible if you have malware or are using a malicious application. Then someone can hijack your already authenticated session.

I confirm the issue. It is very rare, but it happens. For me, single refresh usually solves the problem.

And one more extra remark - uBlock Origin sometimes complains (maybe it is just a my configuration) about 'aws tracking' url - the most probably 'tracking' word is not very liked by the plugin.

I don't have captcha on free spins, but I get this error on WoF spins sometimes. For me it was enough just to reload page and error is gone. Though, this issue happens so rarely that I don't pay attention to it.

You need to clear your cache. We have completely switched from using Google reCaptcha to hCaptcha so we no longer have a reCaptcha site key. You must be seeing an old cached version of the page rather than the current one.

for most people its not a lot of money. for me it is.

As you didn't use your own Bitcoin wallet to deposit from you can't sign a Bitcoin message to prove that you actually sent it. After checking the account from the PM you sent me I also found that it is one of a number of accounts you are using to cheat referral commissions from us. I already banned 32 such accounts but you decided to signup 2 more. They are now also banned.
