I don't think the CSFBC account has been confirmed as the official customer service by wetsuit (or TheQuin), but judging by the post history, it's most likely legit. I don't think anyone would be trolling for over 2 months, and if they had fraudulent intentions, we'd probably know by know.
That being said, never share any sensitive details like passwords etc with people on the forum. All the customer service needs to know to look into your queries is either your email address or your user id.

It was confirmed by Freebitco.in PR account, so they're legit probably. Though, recently people aren't getting responses from them too.

Yeah I recently noticed I'm not getting my daily WOF rolls anymore even though I have the FUN tokens. Not sure when it stopped but I first noticed it a couple weeks ago. Might have been right around when they introduced the pay RP to skip captcha thing IDK

Been using this site for almost 10 years now and this is the first time anything particularly shady has happened. Not sure if intentional or just a bug but I'm thinking about pulling my remaining coin out

Then freebitco.in PR posted a message in June saying that he has a new role:

 i finally got a response from the customer support regarding the wof spins from premium.
im a user with a low 100k usernumber,been using the site for quite some time now.
this is the email , i hope they got the stuff soon fixed:

July 26 premium spins stopped for me although some members reported they were still receiving them.

They resumed briefly Aug 11, I think it was just for a couple of days, but then stopped again.
