There is no option to download the statement in PDF format. We are allowed to check our last 30 days roll history from the Multiply BTC page. And our total free roll earnings can be seen on the 'personal stats' page.

Something very wrong happened when I withdrew just now.

I withdrew 0.0014

I did an instant withdrawal

The transaction fee was stated as 0.00001394

But when I did the withdrawal, it took WAY more !!

All in all, over 0.0015 was taken from my account

What the hell is going on

Doing some rough calculations, I was deducted about 0.00016 IN ADDITION to my 0.0014 withdrawal

Hi there,

So I've been having a drawn out problem with my account on Freebitco.in.  Last month I was laid off from my job, at that time as everything was happening I didn't have a chance to login to my account and change some stuff on my profile.  This matters, because my account was created on my work laptop using my work phone number.  SO, since I no longer have access to those, I can't login.  I tried changing my phone and email address, along with the 2FA.  The system cued me into the fact that there was a small processing fee and time window to do all of that, which I approved, however the next step is where I am stuck now.  The system is saying I am not logging into my account from a familiar location geography or I'm assuming IP location, and that I should return to that location and try do all of these change steps and logging in again.  BUT that's not possible as it was probably at my work place and now I've moved out of state.  So, not sure what to do next to regain my access??

I appreciate any help.

You will not find any help here.  I see you have already posted in the Service Discussion board.  It is best you keep the discussion in that thread and not spread it to other topics that are not relevant. 

You can also try asking in Freebitco.in main thread,  but keep in mind that their support staff has not been active on the forum for a while, so it is probably best to contact their support on the site. Hope this helps!

Despite that already quite some time passed, it's still not announced. I can't find it on website or their Twitter account. It already become common thing - Lambo winner usually isn't announced on time. Don't know why it takes them so much time, but they really should improve their communication.

Yes, I didn't receive a response from support or TheQuin either.
Another thing is that it currently doesn't let me create more deposit addresses, as if something had been blocked when that happened.

I hope someone on behalf of Freebitco.in can provide some solution to this.

I have the same exact issue.  I even took a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7gXJTFnqyw)
Yesterday, after I had posted this video, I was able to generate a new address  (I supposed they had fixed something).  I also tried to generate another address immediately afterwards, and it gave an error message that only 1 address can be generated in 24 hours.   
So I let 24 hour pass, and tried again, and it did not work again, no error message, but no new address (as if the button click is not calling any procedure).

I try to check in the script what this button is defined to do and i see this:

but i can't see any further info what this "GenerateMainDepositAddres()" procedure is doing.

I have been hacked again, I made a withdrawal using my address saved in my profile, but it was redirected to another address.
