In your mind any answer would be worthless, but I'm guessing you've spent so many years on your end of the operation, you forget the wants and needs of a standard user.

This is the point I was making. I still remember when I first started. The standard user doesn't understand their needs until after they get scammed.

Even saying "we have contingency plans, but we don't wish to make that information public, but rest assured, more than 2 people have access to our cold wallets should something happen" would have sufficed to put a lot of peoples mind at rest.

It would indeed put many people's minds at rest but I'd rather they stopped and thought about the whole purpose of Bitcoin. It's about taking responsibility for your own money. If I just gave the corporate bland answer everyone wants to hear I wouldn't be being true to myself.

Patience. WOF spins doesn't always arrives at the same time. From my experience, I usually get it in range of few hours - sometimes earlier, sometimes later. There is no need to worry, you'll get your spins, or maybe you already had received it when I write this post.

Twice a year every year  

The display uses your local clock but the real timer on the server doesn't use daylight saving time so you can reload the page and not miss a spin.
