It's still just a faucet.
It's exactly a faucet. I use like a wallet actually. Using it as a wallet is not bad, actually, having a significant amount stored to it would earn you some from their new feature wherein you get 4%(im not sure with the figure) annually.

It is not bad indeed, but it is just too risky as their main service is not as a wallet. Better to use other online wallet or cold wallet to store big amounnt of bitcoin. Even though the site is trusted, but I would never use them as wallet and for 4.08% annual interest.

Actually how does this site make the money to give free BTC out? It's right on the "earn" tab. Profits from mining/hosting gambling. Abd 35 Sats an hour per user is not much for a site with 500 BTC.

Yeah, I'm storing some for pure interest rate. I don't gamble, only freerolls once in a while. So far this website has proven itself quite reliable, no reason for lack of thrust for wetsuit(owner). They give cool options during forks so no need to move the coins back and forth, interest rate seems legit/realistic, not to mention all the chances(tho slim) for additional rewards from free rolls, makes it (IMO) good and safe method for investment. Remember, risk only that what you are ready to loose anyway. All in all its a gambling website. What I really like is that they still moving, model changes, new options are being added from time to time and there are no adds and all the similar annoyances. Give it a try and check for yourself, it wont make you rich overnight but this 0.01% daily is still something! Its like making bitcoin POS

I have 1.3 in there. Partially for the interest rate and partially to make to forks easier as they're a great site! That being said, if you want a better interest rate (but with less funds accessibility, there's always bw.com who offer 8%). (No one quote this and say I shouldn't be doing this as I know it's not recommended but they are quite trustworthy and have a good service).

Hey Wetsuit, Myfe.
I learned a lesson today, and I'm hoping that you might consider implementing a new feature or perhaps change the text in a portion of Freebitco.in so maybe others won't have to deal with what I'm currently dealing with.
The lesson I learned is that the auto-payment option withdraws your entire balance of bitcoin from freebitco.in. I read that the minimum was 30,000 satoshis. Seeing no place to enter a withdrawal amount, I assumed 30,000 satoshis was going to be withdrawn from my account. Hence the situation I am in. My plan was to try a new online wallet, and fund this wallet with an automatic withdrawal of 30,000 satoshis. Now the balance is pending confirmation to this new, untested, wallet.
So understandably, I'm nervous. Hopefully this new wallet functions as it should and I can transfer my bitcoin back to freebitco.in soon. I'm fully aware that this is not the fault of Freebitco.in, but maybe either a user-specified amount can be entered under the auto-withdrawal tab? Or perhaps a warning in that tab that explains your full balance if over 30,000 satoshis gets withdrawn?
Thank you for your consideration.

To everyone storing their Bitcoins on this site: you do realize that they might support the hard fork mid september IF that has the most miner backing? I suggest to withdraw your Bitcoins to your own wallet before the fork. You can always restore them a few days later. It would be a pity to see that the interest you built up has been converted into some altcoin!
They'll support the coin that has the most support from miners. The other one (bitcoin core or bitcoin segwitx2) will be available for withdraw in a compatible wallet. So if they support bitcoin segwitx2, the bitcoin core I've earned interests with will still be available.

On https://freebitco.in/?op=stats Personal Stats, are the figures accurate? For me, free roll winnings + ref earnings +/- multiply & lottery & jackpots ≠ total payouts

Is that including everything else, lottery tickets, multiply bet amounts, amount in your current balance? A screenshot would be very useful here if you could send it to their support although I reckon its probably a database callback error at the point of viewing statistics as they're probably not too accurate, just a guide, and you haven't noticed that 0.042 BTC exiting your account.

Another crazy thing happened in freebitco.in lottery - user with only 2 tickets won 0.11908959 BTC. It's not first place prize worth 2 btc, but still, it's nice amount of money. Since provably fair lottery was implemented, we can swe quite often that users with extremely low amount of tickets win in the lottery. This time it's possible that was accidental user of freebitco.in who maybe will not return to freebitco.in again. And maybe he even will not realize that he won btc in lottery. I know that every lottery winner got email notification, but manny people not checking their email messages carefully.

If i am not wrong that user should be new account created some time or days ago, as if you can see that out of 10 winners most of them are new account created ids. That is why never recommend anyone to play lottery as it is fully manipulated by the developers.

Since they implemented verification process so we can't blame them just because winners are new members on that forum. If you got any proof that developers are manipulating the results then only you say that otherwise, no one will believe you. I do agree that we shouldn't use our money to buy these lotteries just try your luck with the free money site provides.

Yes, that include everything, even the amount shared with referrals. Now only if I could get an answer from support, last 2 attempts were not answered, no wonder since there are 9 million members.
