Yes you will have 90% win chance in that case, but I dont think people will do it on this site as there are always hundred millions (even billions) tickets on each draw which means you need to spend not small amount of money to do that strategy. You still have 10% to lose as well if you do it, so I dont think there are some people do it in this lottery.

I believe you know that freebitco is very popular, at least they started very well and even many bitcoin business suggested it to it's customers as a one good way of earning bitcoin. It's the first time I use this system but what I did is to download google authenticator on my mobile. The app generates a six-figure random number that keeps changing after a short period of time (I would say 30 seconds). To log in from a new IP you need to put your Bitcoin Address/E-mail Address, your password and the number that the authenticator generates. I would say you will need to put the generated number if you want to withdraw but I haven't tried yet. Anyway, you can disable the 2FA any time you want.
