The Lightning Network really isn't ready for enterprise use yet. It's still in the testing phase and even the protocol has limitations on how much you can fund a channel with because the developers don't want anyone to risk larger sums until it's proven secure.

I'm certainly watching what is going on with interest though.

You're absolutely right that it's the ideal fit. The point I was trying to make is it's not ready yet. Pursuer also makes a good point about it not being easy for beginners to use. That's why I'm watching with interest to see how things develop both in it being proven secure and stable and also simple easy to use application interfaces.

How did I get this status of getting half rewards? Was it actually due to my use of rewards points? (I was getting full rewards before I used rewards points). Also, how do I get back to full rewards status? Do I just use the site normally and I'd get to full rewards over the course of time? or do I stop visiting for a while?

In simple terms, we had to halve the reward to make it unprofitable to run botnets but if you gamble, buy lottery tickets and/or keep a higher balance then it goes up back to the old level.
I don't think it was due to using RP but you'll get more value from them if you get back to full reward first.

But don't focus on the bonus as although the multipliers for jackpots and lottery tickets are the same (x4 and x20) the algorithms don't seem to be. Making a deposit and keeping a higher balance is probably the quickest way to get back to full rewards.

Good calculations which are very true when we do talk about lottery chances and the money being used is only on those free.Kprawn mentioned on how much money did he put up he still didnt even earn from lottery which i do see a normal thing yet we know the chances of hitting a jackpot somehow if its your time to win even you do have small amounts of ticket then its possible but we should not really push to our limits and go beyond on the normal things that we usually do.Quitting day job? Nah, you got to spend the free coins you get on something and I added some of my own money to experiment, but that also amounted to losses. The reward point requirements for the stuff you receive is much too high, I did the calculations and it will take me forever to receive the lowest reward. {Example : 333,333 RP for a $25 eGifter Gift card = 20,000 days @ 16 RP per day, if you do the Free Roll 8 times a Day} 

Not worth it for $25.

I don't think it matters in this subject. Don't think anyone cares about if its 0.002 or 0.001, the more important part that this website has been giving away free money since for as long as I can remember and they have been giving free lottery tickets with it as well.
