I also tried to Use the browser to passively mine and earn bitcoins but as of now the amount mined is still not appreciable. At least for me, it is not worth to mine from PC. I think the browser miner is worthless for anyone, I'm not sure why wetsuit put it in the first place the interest on our bitcoin balance is a nice addition, you should just leave it enabled I can't wait for the upcoming changes, I wonder what effects it would have to the site's reputation and growth There is also the option to Earn 4.08% annual interest on FreeBitco.in balance but for now I disabled it for fear that my withdraw chance be affected and the more delayed.

Just to attract some people to the site. That's pretty much it, it's a gimmick. The whole faucet thing started as a way to introduce noobs to Bitcoin by giving a small amount away for free. This is just an extension on that idea by introducing noobs to the concept of mining.

How often does freebitco.in run their reward point multiplier promos, which last around 48 hours? Is it something that generally happens 1-2/month, or is it completely random.
Also, if you happen to have purchased a RP bonus booster of your own with RP (say the 100 RP/roll), does the 48 hour promo multiply the RP you get on top of that as well? Seems like it wouldn't as it would be pretty ridiculous and TGTBT, but just curious.
Thanks!

In faucet, people can earn small amount just by claiming every one hour but in mining, they may risk their PC to earn smaller amount so it is not worth for noobs to try this mining option. If I'm not wrong this promo they run every weekend.

There is NO risk to your PC. Processors have automated protection systems in place that will guarantee that they do not overheat. It's just another way of getting a few more satoshis in your balance and if it introduces noobs to the concept of mining that a good thing as well. It's just a shame the number of ignorant comments on this forum by people telling them that somehow a processor is going to get harmed by processing.

But as long as you have some good quality of your machine then you can mine with a better result right? So even noobs if they have enough money to provide their specs for mining then it is still possible to earn more than just getting faucet from here What I really curious is about their program, how can they let our pc to do the mining? So it is depends on our pc whether we can get it with higher payout or not

Personally I mine from time to time when having a computer I don't pay energy for. It gives me around 200 sat every ten hours, so it is approximately the same amount as what I earn by claiming free roll each hour.

Logically I don't agree that your PC performance will not reduce over the time when you mine. But anyway it is your decision so you make a final call and I will not go for it because I can use my PC in a much better way to earn some money online in those 10 hours.

*But don't make any payout/withdraw*

Because I become greedy and loss all in gambling.
We usually read so many posts on this forum about gambling greediness and also give advice to others but when it comes to us again we will make the same mistake and realize the mistake only after losing our bankroll. I believe you will learn this mistake and at least try not to repeat same mistake again.

yes, minimum tx fee on bitcoin network also has dropped to normal since 2 weeks or so ago everyone should disable weekly auto withdrawal on freebitco.in and just use slow withdrawal method it's now more expensive to do auto withdraw until they change back to free weekly withdrawal
