If everyone was a loser then gambling would have ceased to exist.

Except this isnt about casino history is it.  It's about 1 particular "Casino" if it should even be called that at all.  It should actually just be a donation to wetsuit since that is exactly what it amounts to with the retardedly high "house edge" that has time and again been proven to be unrealistically high for it's industry (online casinos).  There is absolutely NO excuse that is reasonable to have such a high house edge.  Even with all the "bonuses", "lotteries", and "contests",  the math just doesnt add up to being reasonable when compared with others.  Couple that with snakeoil salezmen such as TheQuack and you have a classic scam casino as outlined here:  https://www.gamblingsites.com/online-casino/blacklist/  (every one of these red flags can be seen with this shit casino,  most notably unrealistic contest prize amounts and/or bonuses is of interest here).  This shit casino is more of a pyramid scam than a casino.

The reason you dont see people consistently winning the "wagering contest" every month isnt because they are calling it quits while they are ahead.  That isnt how humans work.  It's because they are losing massively and will never return.  It's just that simple.

Watch me rape Freebitco.in 24x7 with my gambling bot (you can to) here: https://dlive.tv/btctrading I also do some trading there as well.

I have answered all that bullshit countless times, there is no need to keep posting it. While you and the other kids were at summer camp wetsuit gave me much greater responsibilities at freebitco.in which means I'll be doing all the day to day running of the site. Sadly that also means I'll no longer have time to make fun of your stupidity. I'm going to follow wetsuit's lead and put you on my ignore list now.

Thats a good plan,  now you wont know to spam reply my posts off the screen.  I like that idea.  I wont have to edit them as much to stop you from doing that anymore lol.  The point is you've constantly dodged very valid points about these supposed "top wagerers" as having actually won more than they've deposited (which you keep eluding to but refuse to prove) which would be of interest to many others considering playing the 94.06% odd but will not because they are absolutely convinced (for all the right reasons) that it would still be a losing effort.  Now if the house edge was lower which would allow for a higher odds percent,  it may be worth a shot.  But it's not,  so it isnt worth even trying.  I am 100% confident that every single account listed in the top 10 wagerers is massively in the hole due to the house edge being so high.  The statistics also support that because if that were not the case,  the previous top players would STILL be in the top 10 (as was seen in the lottery before bots were somewhat thwarted but I still see them showing up in the lottery anyway) in the following months.  And thats NOT the case.  Therefore COMMON SENSE dictates that every one of them LOST more than they won.  The point is,  if something is worth playing,  the same players will continue to return.  If it's NOT worth playing,  the players will ALWAYS be different and that is exactly what you are seeing with this 30K contest crap that isnt really a contest at all.  It's just a donation to wetsuit.

Well,  I just took a look at the last contest vs the current contest and I've uncovered possible evidence that the top wagerers are indeed LOSING as I've said would happen all along.

Example:

Contest Round 2 WAGERER ID:  712628 wagered  67.30000000 (about,  since its not exact,  wetsuit decided to round down so he could skim more off the top,  this account actually wagered slightly more)
Contest Round 2 REFERER ID:  654092 always exactly matched 712628's wagering and therefore they are obviously the same person (as seen below in a previous post).

Magnificent how a whale can change your life, if you have one as a referral. The User 712628 is one of User 654092's referrals, because the wager amount is exactly the same. So if this was the same user with 2 accounts that are linked by the referral system, then he/she is winning both the competition prizes. $10 000 for the Wagering Contest and $5000 for the Referral Contest.

Funny thing is, he or she still get the 0.40% referral commission from the referral system too. <roughly $2000> on that amount.  Grin

Contest Round 3 WAGERER ID:  654092 can be seen in the top 10 wagerers but 712628 is no where to be found.  It clearly has no referral account connected to it because no referrer has this amount in the contest atm.  The only possible referrer with 38BTC would be 2846681 but it's not because 2846681 and 3035118 pretty much match identically minus a few sats which means he has 1 or 2 other legit referrals that wager next to nothing.

Therefore,  it's obvious that 654092 is 712628's last hope and they are in for a REALLY bad month since they will eventually lose it all........... AGAIN.   So it's safe to assume that 712628 lost everything and they now only have the referral account balance to work with and are stupidly trying to win it all back.  There could be other accounts doing this as well,  but the point is moot.  This actually confirms everything I've been saying and the bullshit that TheQuack has been spewing about these people actually winning and "cashing out" insinuating that they won anything at all is utter non-sense.  These clowns didnt "win" anything.  They are LOSING and wetsuit is laughing all the way to the lambo dealership.

An extra kicker to show how stupid these people are.... who in their right mind would wager that much and NOT have themselves as their own referral.  Duuuuuuuuuuh.  Like,  wtf lmfao.  These clowns have absolutely no common sense at all.

If there were ever a better definition of unscrupulous,  this service (or better put,  this DIS-service) would be it and it's sickening to see people like yourself attempt to defend it.

Watch me rape Freebitco.in 24x7 with my gambling bot (you can to) here: https://dlive.tv/btctrading I also do some trading there as well.

Wow! Wagering really increases reward points quite a bit, I made a total wager of ~0.1BTC (I was down but about 0.01BTC at one point but managed to get myself back up)... Anyway, I now have 60000 reward points from that one session, and 19K lottery tickets so maybe it was worthwhile...

Quite fun when you get the lottery tickets and reward points, when I came here in 2015 with my 0.003BTC to gamble, it wasn't as good without them so I didn't really use this site - and actually that session only lost me 0.001BTC.

Edit: made myself a neat 0.0003BTC profit Grin.

Yeah, good to see that it's "instantly" profitable to have a wagering return. Normally, casinos reward you with loyalty, or with monthly contests that wipe the board clean (freebitcoin has it too of course). But this way, you win or you lose, you see something back in return. Never won the lottery, but every time I wager or roll, I have this tiny hope that I'll get something back one day from the lottery. Just wish it were back in those days when the lottery prizes were much bigger (yes, I know it's because of Bitcoin price!).

It's not just you, thanks for letting us know. Shapeshift is giving a 404 so it looks like they have changed something at their end. It might be something to do with the announcement earlier this week that they are moving to mandatory accounts and full KYC.

Edit.

It is indeed due to the changes at Shapeshift that now require you to have an account with them. Does anyone know of an alternative service?

How can i delete my account on freebito.in?

Start running a bot to claim the faucet and I'll delete it for you.
In all seriousness, there is no option to delete an account because we don't keep an personal information on you. Just change the email address to a throwaway one and the password to something random and it's as good as gone.

They're going to lose a lot of money with the change yes.

I couldn't find another direct one though, there probably isn't a trusted one yet but one will probably open up with the gap in the market.

If people don't mind signing up an account they can still use it with us by just using their freebitco.in deposit address as the Bitcoin output. It's just the automation part that's broken.

I'd agree that is a big gap in the market for someone to jump into.

If you are looking for exchange which doesn't require an account to exchange crypto, here's the one I used last year three times successfully:

https://n.exchange/

Although, I just checked, and there's a scam accusation opened on them:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4871014.msg43873660#msg43873660

But that's about a different thing, more like on unprofessional behavior of one of their team members.

Also I found another scam accusation:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2862461.0

But it looks like they were responsive and the issue was resolved.

Still, now I'm not sure whether doing business with them is a good idea. Last year they were okay, but maybe they've changed since then and are not trustworthy anymore.

Sorry, I wanted to help but it appears that I can't say for sure that this exchange is a reliable one.

Seems a bit scammy but I just tested it with an equally scammy coin (verge) and exchanged it for a less scammy coin (Litecoin) and I did receive the Litecoin.  I will note that out of ETH, BTC, and LTC,  I received the most LTC for the XVG based in USD value.  I would have received $10 of BTC, $15 of ETH, or $16 of LTC.  So I went with LTC since it provided the most USD value.  I plan to dump the LTC for $16.05 on gdax where I will then buy BTC with it in the coming weeks as BTC slides down even more.  It's to bad that both changelly and shapeshift have been pushed into KYC by regulators.  Lightning + Atomic Swaps will eventually wipe out the need for these type of bandaid solutions for swapping coins.  Sadly Decred nor Vertcoin were listed as options on this n.exchange thing or I would have compared those also.

I then dumped the LTC for $16.05 on coinbase.  I plan to buy BTC with it in the coming weeks as BTC slides down even more.

They look to have a higher exchange rate on average (for ltc to btc).

Seeing that some people win with just 50-200 tickets I decided to buy 500-1,000 tickets every lottery round, but it's hard to resist the urge of increasing your chances. Smiley So this time I bought 1,200+ tickets and ... yeah, I didn't win either. Not complaining because my chance of winning was less than 0.005% as far as I remember. I think I'll stick to under 1,000 tickets in the future with hope that I'll be extremely lucky one day. Smiley

Dang, it must be fixed if 150,000 tickets didn't win a lottery with a total of 316,385,577.  Wink

Congratulations to 3693227 on winning 0.40176932 BTC with 2,142,548 tickets and thank you for being a loyal customer since Jan '17.

Can someone please explain why I'm being penalised with a much lower minimum prize than I would ordinarily be entitled to? (It should be around 31 BTC per free roll and I'm only getting 23).
There's a little 'info' popup that says I have to buy lottery tickets or play the free roll to increase my minimum prize. I spent all I had in my little 'cache' to buy tickets, and I've been playing free rolls regularly - often til I'm back to zero. And yet I'm still being asked to continue free rolls and buying tickets. I can't find anything anywhere that explains how much I'm expected to 'spend' in order to just have a regular free roll again.
Thanks for any info you can share
