Anybody here experienced getting logged out but can no longer sign in on their account?

I'm using secured Brave browser.
No email on password change or withdrawals received.
I'm cautious on phishing emails and not really interested on clicking suspicious links.
Password reset request does not work and no email for password reset is received.

Is it possible that this is an inside job?

two weeks ago there was a time when letters from fbc arrived with a long delay, but then everything was restored. Now letters from fbc are again arriving with a long delay, this applies to letters to reset the password and letters confirming the withdrawal of funds. Wait a couple of days, it should be restored again and password reset emails will be sent to your email.

You missed a lot apparently. A few people were scammed because somebody found a way to inject a malicious script to the frontend of the app. People lost money and one of the victims is a wellknown legendary account.

If that's true, I'm sorry that people lost their money. Also, not being a coder, I don't understand whether it's the site's fault that somebody found a way to inject a malicious script into the frontend of the app.

What I know is that recently, 5 or 6 days ago, I requested a withdrawal of $400 from my FreeBitco.in account and everything went smoothly and pretty quick too.

I was even able to insert a new address here



which wasn't an option in the old days, as far as I can remember.

This is no new option because I personally use this many times in past successfully.

But sadly now I have issue with my account in last few days its showing incorrect login details with as I go for the reset password option its saying account not found which is wired because I am using this account for years without any problem but now suddenly having issue like this is clearly indicating things are not as they were in past something wrong happening.

What do you mean by "can no longer sign in on their account"? Do you get an error saying "Incorrect login details" when trying to login to your account?
There have been cases where the account is deleted due to abusing the website. Did you have multiple accounts on freebitco?

I think there could be misuse of the account so the site blocks the account, so far I often log in and out of my account every day and have never had a problem. Maybe if there is a problem, try checking the login details again, make sure you use the correct password, sometimes people like typos, so pay attention to that too. before pressing the Login button, hopefully the account and IP are marked by this site so that you don't access this site again in the future using the same IP, I hope it's not abuse because it could be human error.

I just logged into my account after reading this post, I tried to check whether the site had a problem or not, it turned out that not everything was safe, nothing was different from the previous day, all the exit and login processes remained smooth without problems and obstacles, I think the user Having problems like that, check back before complaining about anything in this thread, too many newbies have been seen lately complaining about all kinds of different problems, but hopefully they don't come to spread bad slander against this site so that it goes bankrupt.

(5) Send a minimalist message with that URL to someone who you consider relevant (not me) including the possibility of receiving an answer there.

Scam accusation thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 is what you are describing with your post. Scam accusation thread has a proper scam report format to make things simple.

Users here just make things long and complicated due to the signature campaign just like the post above yours.

(4) Keep the thread clean.

You can use self-moderated option before you published thread so that you can delete all the comments that you didn’t like to make the thread clean from spam.

So finally your case get resolved. Recently i am hearing some complains from different users but i don't think this has anything concern and freebitco will resolve these matters. They are the most trusted site for many years and still is one of the best of its kind.

Freebitco gets to keep the money without proper investigation, don't you think.

Hopefully you also got your money withdrawal after your issue was resolved. So you considering changing this point of view

the problem is this... I didn't get any confirmation-link email at all!

I can't withdraw my BTC because they didn't send the confirmation-link

I even manually add the "noreply@freebitco.in" to my email contact list

I checked in the junk mail/the inbox... none... no confirmation-link email at all

it seems dodgy... the representatives of the FBC haven't been actively trying to resolve any problems lately

I guess the FBC owners is in serious troubles medically or financially?

Freebitco.in never responded to me, @TheQuin either and my money was stolen because of Freebitco.in.
I tried to help by leaving my account for them to investigate but no one paid attention to me.
People have to be clear that if there is any problem there is no one in technical support so everything accumulated can be lost and no one will help us.
Furthermore, we still do not know if the problem disappeared due to some action by freebitco.in or because the hackers decided to take a break but they will return.
Are we still on danger?

I also had reported my problem since beginning of April, and wrote numerous times to TheQuin and the other FBC 'support' emails.
What a joke.... 'FBC support'.   No response, not even acknowledgement that they have received the mail and that they would look into it.  Nothing.  Complete darkness.   I sort of also gave up on posting again and again, since I didn't get any replies.
I was scammed for over 0.06BTC, and provided all the proofs in April, hoping it would get some resolution.  No resolution, and to my disappointment i see more and more people with similar scam problems.  It looks like the site is going to be out of business very soon, since this kind of distrust will err people away from betting and depositing to this site.
I will never deposit any more money to this site again.   I had previously deposited a lot, like totally over 3 BTC, and lost most of it in wagering, and I always felt that the streaks of high or low numbers is abnormal, but still kept wagering, hoping my betting would win back the losses.   
However, now, with this SCAM and STEAL of my money, I have put FBC on my blacklist, and I openly suggest that all of you do the same.  Take out your money as soon as possible, before this site goes bankrupt or before the scammers fool you and take your money too.

Well well, aside from the fact that the mod will actually move your thread to the best place or board when they find it in the wrong board, it is still important and best for a user to try to know the best board where their thread should be best sitted.

And also, Its also important that know that every thread that has anything to do with having issues with a service on this forum, such thread are best posted in the scam and accusation board, or the reputation board, depending on the nature of the complaint.
And also, any complains that concerns this forum itself goes to the meta board.

If your intention is to contact TheQuin then that seems like a futile action for now because he hasn't responded on this forum for quite a long time, even the freebitcoin account which is still actively posting promotions from this casino on the forum is also not the one who will respond and contact him via Direct support services from the website also won't get a response because that's what I've experienced, and in my opinion this isn't fraud, it's just a casino problem that we don't know for sure, and because several members experienced problems that were finally resolved, it seems like the only way is to wait, it's an unpleasant thing but that's all that can be done and it will certainly take a long time.
it's sad to see freebitcoin become a casino that is no longer responsive to the problems its users experience.

Things are going terribly in last few months which are creating too much hype about this site with many scam accusations even mostly are settled but still there is no person who can give update about this all is wired because suddenly as we have @TheQuin is coming and checking but not giving any update mean something is cooking inside maybe change of management is also possible with admin is now long time not available.
But still all can come normal because as we are having recently we are watch few whales are doing amazing stuff which mean they are still trusting this site and just few members are having problems but still they need to fix this all and give updates if daily not possible then weekly could be also ok for the all community.

The only difference is that they (Freebitco.in) are still advertising and promoting in the forum. IMO it does not help that much if they keep having such unanswered complaints in various threads and scam accusations which definitely affects their trust ratings. It's more like no work done promotion wise.

I am already bankrupt because of there bullshit site allowing me to get ripped off by someone from the inside of freebitco.in probably the Quinn. Probably the guy who's winning the Lamborghini. Probably the guy who keeps betting a mass amount of money probably betting against his own website somehow. But no, we're not complaining because we're here to complain. We're complaining because we got ripped off duh. We're not causing them to go bankrupt. I'm already bankrupt because of them. We're not idiots. We know how to log in and log out and all that stuff. Another difference between this casino and cloudbet is freebitco.in doesn’t respond either through casino contacts while cloudbet is still active with their live support on the casino so they are still answering concerns even though they are not active here while this casino is completely leaving all the customers out of the dark because they can’t reach out on both forum and casino.

The only difference is that they (Freebitco.in) are still advertising and promoting in the forum. IMO it does not help that much if they keep having such unanswered complaints in various threads and scam accusations which definitely affects their trust ratings. Exactly, the only reason why this casino is not yet being tagged for not answering concern is because they already established their reputation and they still don’t give any explanation to all the concerns.

Their signature campaign will be worthless if more high rank user come up and experience same concern.
