We're currently in the process of onboarding new team members to enhance our support services. This setup is ongoing, and we aim to improve response time soon.

Our PR account will continue to engage with you and provide updates on promotions and developments.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Best regards,
The FreeBitco.in Team
How soon is "soon"? Few days? Weeks? Month? Can you tell us anything about @TheQuin? He is the one who is responsible for answering our questions and solving issues but he is very inactive and doesn't respond to scam accusations. In fact, I am surprised that I heard messages from you but TheQuin hasn't even visited this forum since 23 May. Isn't he part of the Freebitco team? Please update us about it.

However, I got a verification that the Bitcoin had been sent to this supposed old address which I never sent to. Furthermore, the balance never showed up.

Here is a screenshot of it being confirmed on the freebitco.in website saying that I got a deposit from myself, however it never showed up in my balance.

wondering why there is a need for new team members? does it mean that those previous are not functional anymore?
It's pretty obvious, isn't it? The previous team members either voluntarily left themselves or were removed for various reasons which is why they are trying to hire new members as quickly as possible.

Their reputation took a big hit recently which is why they need  to do a lot of right moves in order to appease their customers.
Whether previous team members were removed or they voluntarily left it's no new thing, in any organization when a team isn't giving sufficient performance or bringing in the results expected of them by the management, laying them off to bring in new hands becomes necessary. Freebitcoin have their personal reasons for a new team and it's likely part of efforts to meeting every users complains and getting things to work optimally with their platform.

I read this case back when it was newly created but when I saw your last post in this thread (before my previous response) I thought you didn’t have an accusation thread against them already - but it seems like you already do.

And I also have another issue which I doubt will ever get solved. But I ordered a hardware wallet with my hard-earned reward points. I never got that wallet and I never got refunded my reward points but that's an issue for some other time I guess. Or that ship is already sailed which sucks.

I just checked your previous posts and I found this one you made which contradicts the part I cut out from your post. In the post you claimed to have gotten a refund from the wallet you order but now you’re saying you never got your points back, so which should we believe? The one were you said you got your points back or the one that you claimed to not have gotten a refund

So I have an update about the hardware wallet that I have been bitching about for the last month. Freebitco.in has reissued my reward points. Thank God take back everything I said. Well almost cuz I'm still owed $500 from wagering contest that was taken for me but I can confirm that I got my reward points back and I was able to cash out to my wallet. No problem, hopefully they can can get this problem with the cash travel malware fingered out and if they can do that then we're in good standing. Thank you freeBitco.in for my  reward points.

Their reputation took a big hit recently which is why they need  to do a lot of right moves in order to appease their customers.

Freebitcoin have their personal reasons for a new team and it's likely part of efforts to meeting every users complains and getting things to work optimally with their platform.

Maybe yes but most likely not since nobody will leave on their job if they know the platform they are working on is successful. Maybe the issue happen on internal side since we don't know if they have changed their management and the in charge or who have bigger stake to the company want new people for changes. That's why maybe this is the reason why we don't see TheQuinn around.

But any of that they should make hiring new people became faster since this thread need to get moderated since there's a lot of people trolling or still complaining and if they can't handle this situation then maybe a lot of their current players might have doubts to trust them. We already see a reputable casino became scam so hopefully they are not going in that situation and still they operate as one of trusted longest casino in this forum.

Yes, I was refunded for the wallet due to a lapse of time within the website. So it was like automatic and the reason I reposted it was. I forgot that I even posted it but I just copied and pasted my thread which somebody was saying that I needed to create so it was an accident. Yes, I have received my refund. However, I'm still missing my 500 and I didn't type in the wrong address it was put in for me there's a lot of people who had the same thing happen to them on the same day

~~~
With the current status that they have, most of the users are feeling the same as you. But if ever they get back on track and fix all of their backlogs, then that's possible to reclaim the trust that they gained all over the period of time.
It's such a waste if they won't fix all of these issues that they have after gaining that much reputation in this community. Let's see where it is going and maybe they're trying to do something better this time.
It won't be quick but as long as some moves are being done, they might get back on it. Otherwise, the stance of most won't change.
The good news is that several things have been resolved including previously pending email. Many customers have successfully withdrawn their money from freebitco.in, but there are several other problem that may not have been resolved and of course all are waiting for clarification from the team. They say they are recruiting a new team, which is good news, so I think waiting patiently is a good choice right now.
Of course the sooner the better, but some people wish the owner or another freebitco.in representative would have something to say at this thread instead of just freebitco.in PR. I'm definitely waiting for the good news to come, including the announcement of new team members.
I think that the PR is doing its job as the representative of the company and if already said that they're trying to extend their team by hiring new members that shall help to address their current issues, maybe that's enough for them.
I know that those affected ones aren't satisfied with it but let's see until how long the remaining issues are going to be solved.
While concerns are also here in the thread, they've got the whole time to respond on them maybe privately to cater their issues.
Your all FUCKING insane fuck theses assholes they stole my fucking 500 you fucking pieces of shit fucking acknowledge me you shit heads
I also read your post stating this "dude I need my cash desperately if you have the power to fix it now is the Goddamn time I sent you personal messages and you haven't said anything I'm screwed because I trusted your website the least you could do is send a simple reply I hate your website because you guys f***** me over and left me in a horrible position to ou screwed my finances up and you don't care how much damage you caused in my life because of your insubordination RESPOND ALREADY I NEED MY MONEY GOD DAMMMIT"
Im curious, did you deposit money that you needed on a bitcoin web site that has gambling? Im not saying its ok if what your saying is true. I am thinking, you were prepared to risk this money in the first place. Why would anyone ever put money they need in a risky situation in the first place? If $500 put you in such a pickle, then maybe learn from this? If its money you won and didnt deposit, this makes much less sense. Then you come here and tell us we are all insane and call them a-holes. If you really think that, no one is asking you to stay and send abuse our way. I use to react this way too. Ive been screwed by more btc web sites than i care to admit. Ive found that getting upset and reacting this way gives the person your mad at the excuse to ignore you. I understand you have been waiting a long time for an answer. We all have been waiting for answers. So far we have a few but def need more. I recommend, you clean up your language and consistently check in here until they get some support to talk to us. Realize that may never happen, idk? Or move on. Learn what you can from this and try your best to leave it behind. It cant be good for you or loved ones for you to be as stressed as you seem. I promise im not judging. Seriously just trying to help like people did when i would act similarly. I hope you have good luck and get whats yours.
Dear BTC Talk Community,
Following up on our previous message, we're pleased to report that the mail backlog is steadily clearing, and your patience is greatly appreciated.
We're currently in the process of onboarding new team members to enhance our support services. This setup is ongoing, and we aim to improve response time soon.
Our PR account will continue to engage with you and provide updates on promotions and developments.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
You are one of the longest running casino in cryptospace(if not the first)  and with that you need to restore your name guys , I have been playing your faucet for years and also have played and deposit not as big amount and never experience any untoward issues(though the lottery result keeps me asking if those are legit lol) but now this is dark days freebitco.in and hope that everything will be resolve and will go back to normal anytime soon.
wondering why there is a need for new team members? does it mean that those previous are not functional anymore?
From the look of things and my personal observation, I thjk it's clear enough to understand that possibly some of the teams, or previous teams rather, are no longer functional, and I am personally suspecting that they likely had some serious internal issues which they are hiding from the public.
Said this because, all of a sudden, TheQuin (which is one of the most recognized board member of freebitco) no longer comes to this forum, and even when he does, he stopped replying to freebitco user's concerns on this thread, so that says something.
Them being a well experienced player in this industry, they really shouldnt have allowed this issue get to this level before seeking out solution, but all the same, let cross our fingers and see what the future is freebitco will turn out to be, whether they Wil be able to restore their dying reputation or they will end up losing it completely.
We're currently in the process of onboarding new team members to enhance our support services. This setup is ongoing, and we aim to improve response time soon.
Our PR account will continue to engage with you and provide updates on promotions and developments.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Best regards,
The FreeBitco.in Team
How soon is "soon"? Few days? Weeks? Month? Can you tell us anything about @TheQuin? He is the one who is responsible for answering our questions and solving issues but he is very inactive and doesn't respond to scam accusations. In fact, I am surprised that I heard messages from you but TheQuin hasn't even visited this forum since 23 May. Isn't he part of the Freebitco team? Please update us about it.
However, I got a verification that the Bitcoin had been sent to this supposed old address which I never sent to. Furthermore, the balance never showed up.
Here is a screenshot of it being confirmed on the freebitco.in website saying that I got a deposit from myself, however it never showed up in my balance.
You wouldn't receive coins because given address is incorrect. 1Jw8cBgPcKYqVLSzFEsRTZD7HNdJTwX3N <-- This is the address that you tried to withdraw to and when I type this address on Blockchain.com
Furthermore, go read this thread and tell us that we're all mass hallucinating. You non believing idiots.
Your all FUCKING insane fuck theses assholes they stole my fucking 500 you fucking pieces of shit fucking acknowledge me you shit heads
I also read your post stating this "dude I need my cash desperately if you have the power to fix it now is the Goddamn time I sent you personal messages and you haven't said anything I'm screwed because I trusted your website the least you could do is send a simple reply I hate your website because you guys f***** me over and left me in a horrible position to ou screwed my finances up and you don't care how much damage you caused in my life because of your insubordination RESPOND ALREADY I NEED MY MONEY GOD DAMMMIT"
Im curious, did you deposit money that you needed on a bitcoin web site that has gambling? Im not saying its ok if what your saying is true. I am thinking, you were prepared to risk this money in the first place. Why would anyone ever put money they need in a risky situation in the first place? If $500 put you in such a pickle, then maybe learn from this? If its money you won and didnt deposit, this makes much less sense. Then you come here and tell us we are all insane and call them a-holes. If you really think that, no one is asking you to stay and send abuse our way. I use to react this way too. Ive been screwed by more btc web sites than i care to admit. Ive found that getting upset and reacting this way gives the person your mad at the excuse to ignore you. I understand you have been waiting a long time for an answer. We all have been waiting for answers. So far we have a few but def need more. I recommend, you clean up your language and consistently check in here until they get some support to talk to us. Realize that may never happen, idk? Or move on. Learn what you can from this and try your best to leave it behind. It cant be good for you or loved ones for you to be as stressed as you seem. I promise im not judging. Seriously just trying to help like people did when i would act similarly. I hope you have good luck and get whats yours.
I won the wagering contest with money I previously wagered through out the month I was banking on getting that 500 dollars to pay off my landlord and I promised I'd have it because I should have had it that day and I did for less than thirty seconds after the contest ended but it was ripped from my balance and stolen from me  causing me to not be able to pay my rent it's not my fault I couldn't pay it was freebitco.ins fault. It's like going to work all week so you have money for bills but as soon as you get your paycheck some one comes and steals it from you. And at that point you would be screwed. I was evicted and my son and girlfriend had to leave me because of it so yes I'm mad and it's not my fault this happened and when I got people telling me that I'm the one who screwed up yes it pisses me off because if they were a legitimate gambling website this would have never happened and I would have had my money to be able to pay my landlord fact of the matter is 500 was owed to me whether I was gambling or not. Doesn't matter it was owed to me. It was mine. I want it and it was taken for me wrongfully by free bitco that I am and it left me in a s***** spot. It's not my fault. It's their fault. I don't care how long you've been gambling and think that they got such a great website. No, they don't. Obviously tired of people backing them up like they need to be hoisted on their shoulders when in fact they left me homeless without my son or my girlfriend. You'd be pissed too. Just
Where did you get the incorrect address from? There are so many screenshots but I couldn’t find this address anywhere. You may have just typed it wrong on blockchain.com and left out the first ‘d’.
Dear BTC Talk Community,
Following up on our previous message, we're pleased to report that the mail backlog is steadily clearing, and your patience is greatly appreciated.
We're currently in the process of onboarding new team members to enhance our support services. This setup is ongoing, and we aim to improve response time soon.
Our PR account will continue to engage with you and provide updates on promotions and developments.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Best regards,
The FreeBitco.in Team
You are one of the longest running casino in cryptospace(if not the first)  and with that you need to restore your name guys , I have been playing your faucet for years and also have played and deposit not as big amount and never experience any untoward issues(though the lottery result keeps me asking if those are legit lol) but now this is dark days freebitco.in and hope that everything will be resolve and will go back to normal anytime soon.
wondering why there is a need for new team members? does it mean that those previous are not functional anymore?
From the look of things and my personal observation, I thjk it's clear enough to understand that possibly some of the teams, or previous teams rather, are no longer functional, and I am personally suspecting that they likely had some serious internal issues which they are hiding from the public.
Said this because, all of a sudden, TheQuin (which is one of the most recognized board member of freebitco) no longer comes to this forum, and even when he does, he stopped replying to freebitco user's concerns on this thread, so that says something.
Them being a well experienced player in this industry, they really shouldnt have allowed this issue get to this level before seeking out solution, but all the same, let cross our fingers and see what the future is freebitco will turn out to be, whether they Wil be able to restore their dying reputation or they will end up losing it completely.
I maybe guess that this issues will not happen if their team didn't encounter any issue. So maybe your observation towards their team is not functional is true since we can't see their old representative goes active here and they are leaving this thread hanging also those allegations left unanswered. The sudden inactivity of TheQuin is really questionable since that create a lot of question on what is happening to freebitco.in and people have no idea if they can still be trusted the same as before. If they will not be so transparent to their community about what happen to them then for sure that a lot of people would provably lose their trust on them.
But I guess they just let the issue came and struggle to find a solution on the current problem what their casino is facing, that's why its expected nowadays that a lot of their existing players is avoiding to gamble on their casino.
Guys, when you respond repeatedly could you please stop quoting the entire old post? It's just flooding this thread, if someone wanted info or even to try to help, it's easy to get lost.
I'm on your side, edit posts, make them shorter, no need to quote everything.
I'm waiting also for the new representatives. Hopefully they hire forum people we all know. And preferably not campaign managers, they are busy with other work Smiley
I really understand your concern and it’s indeed freebitco.in fault to begin with but you should be more responsible on the money that you need to pay your bills since you shouldn’t put it on gambling or at least ask for loan in advance instead of waiting for this website to fix your problem while we all know that they have 0 star service rate.
I mean you knew exactly how this casino has problem yet you still rely on this casino that you will receive your money in time to pay your landlord. Shit always happened and you shouldn’t use your money that was dedicated for important things on gambling.
Your wrong I never tried to withdraw from that address it's not even one of my addresses it was somehow inserted by someone else
Free https://imgur.com/gallery/0ePd235
Notice how my old address is. One of the addresses is missing. The one in question. How am I able to remove it? I can't remove it. It's impossible for me yet there it is missing. Just look at the two pictures
Sorry, I have looked at your case closer and... the address the email wanted to send the money was your own freebitco.in deposit address? Basically the automatic withdrawal (and the one you initiated) was addressed at yourself?
The Bitcoin was trying to loop itself into your own freebitco.in account? And then when you tried to withdraw the same transaction was trying to get executed, but this time it didn't need the email-confirmation (you enabled 2FA) and so the transaction actually was made from your freebitco.in account into... your freebitco.in account?
But the bitcoin was never actually credited to your freebitco.in account wallet? (And in fact after it was scooped up by bc1qtf9n...hehu30 and is now sitting pretty in 15JxHSFBGTQLK3Ygdgzrz2dsHx9TNeyt3i)
If that is so, this seems way more like an bug/honest mistake from someone automatically/manually placing the 500$ into your wallet using the bitcoin blockchain but then the system fucked up and didn't credit you anything. (Do they always credit these type of winnings on-chain?? Why?? Anybody knows?) It is also weird that apparently the fees were being paid by you (you were given 0.00823099 (500$) but then only 0.00819167 were trying to be moved, which would mean a fee of 0.00003932, a fee in line with the instant withdraw option)
Of course TheQuinn or whoever is responsible should take a look, actually tally up the money and make it show in your account.
I might be playing detective a bit too much but does anyone else recognizes (form the various posts relating to this issue) the other addresses that are bundled in the transaction at fault that then ended up in 15JxHSFBGTQLK3Ygdgzrz2dsHx9TNeyt3i?
Edit:
Another user reports the same mistake: the system tries to send money to one of their own freebitco.in address but then it never gets credited!
I was wrong. The deposit address was the attacker address and was not actually an official deposit address linked to the users. The funds are not actually in freebitco.in's hands. It was not a simple/weird bug. The website was hacked either by a third party or an inside job.
It happens to several people that day all the same way as I have described I'm telling you the truth it was not my fault whatsoever ever
