Since I have not been paid out in over a week, with no explanation from freebitco.in or response from customer support, I have filed a fraud claim with the Canadian anti-fraud centre  https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm#a1a .  I filed a complaint with my local police department.  I was told by the officer to ask online if there are any other canadian victims.  If so they should file a fraud report.  Does anybody know were FBC BV. is registered?

I have not been paid out in over 6 months. They stole over 500k FUN from me. Let's team up as I am trying to organize a class action lawsuit. Had a few people email me as well

I just tried contacting  e-Management N.V.'s Curacoa email address (curacao@emanagement-group.com), if I get no response I'll try calling tomorrow.  One thing I found that was interesting is that Wetsuit (the original developer and possibly owner) of Freebitco.in is said to be named Samuel Das and is currently the CEO of the Fun token project ( https://medium.com/@FUNtoken/fun-token-the-future-is-bright-with-new-leadership-32e018676448).  There's also multiple people on linkedin that say they work for Fun token.

I'm not really sure what else to do, since freebitco.in has effectively ghosted their clients.

I wrote earlier that the Freebitcoin problem arose after they introduced the FUN token, on which they essentially went broke. If they had cut off the attackers, removed all the referrals and left only Free Satoshi every hour, Multi and additional rewards for activity in the Multi game, they would never have gone broke.
I haven't been paid 0.003 BTC for over 2 weeks.

12 days and nothing.

Tried 8 more withdrawls in slow mode yesterday.

If I get paid, I'll let everyone know in this forum.

As I said before, I'e never played any of those games (Hi lo and stuff). I don't spend money... the money only comes in (for 10 years in freebitcoin). Cointiply is the only website similar to freebitcoin with a faucet, interest gains and referral program.

Don't know if there is hi-lo game. But there are games there aswell, but I won't click on them as I take those websites as bussiness / bank with interests offshore; not gambling.

Gambling is not my "beach".

Why are you advertising this inconvenient piece of crap? It has nothing in common with freebitcoin and it is so terrible, even in terms of color scheme, that I immediately threw it in the trash. There is a lot of stuff in there, the devil will break his leg and gives pennies. Nobody needs this.

What about when you have a Canadian (freebitcovictim) and European (me) going forward with charges?
In addition to the Netherlands gov also filing complaints with them (and I believe Australia as well?)

It's easy to complain and do nothing and say it's "impossible" but that won't result in anything.

He used to be, never realized that was wetsuit though, but I don't believe he is CEO anymore. Current CEO is David Dobrovitsky I believe, although I haven't followed since around Feb when FBTC stole my FUN I was trying to cash out so I could finally leave this Godforsaken shitcoin...

Before I got banned from the FUN Telegram group (for asking critical questions) I asked many times about FBTC (they made so many promises of FUN integration on the platform and I was asking about the progress) and the FUN team members constantly denied having any partnership or collaboration with FBTC.

As you said, both dplay and clubreaches have been closed and that was probably because they were not profitable.

They first closed clubreaches and in their closure announcement, they invited their users to play on dplay casino instead.
After only around 20 days, they closed dplay too.

Now freebitcoin is also closed. The site is available, but there is no use for it. You can play around for informational purposes.

Their website was running smoothly and everything was fine until that one day. Their signature campaign got stopped because they weren't responding and lots of scam accusations got collected. Since that day, there are only problems on Freebitco. I don't understand why they did this, what was the point? I bet they were making lots of money because they have one of the highest house edge on the market. If faucet was a problem and it was abused, they could have disabled it or set stricter bot control.

that was also the time when the TheQuin disappeared, he was last active May 23, 2024, and the campaign got stopped May 30, 2024.
but one thing for sure, TheQuin is definitely not operating the site anymore, and whoever is operating it now is doing a great job running it to the ground.

As Freebitco's PR said, TheQuin is working hard and doesn't have much free time but I don't believe them, there is something that we don't know. TheQuin could find one minute in his life to visit Bitcointalk and post something. wetsuit also, who is the business owner, doesn't respond. I'm starting to think that they either got caught like SafeDice's owner or something strange is happening. Any normal or even insane business owner and his employee would visit this forum to make things clear and escape the business from drowning.

We warned about these issues back in March 2024 and some users from this forum chose to attack us, claiming we are BSing... So let's get it straight.... Who's BSing now???

We explained very well that we used to offer users an hourly roll, it's impossible to run a faucet with an hourly roll, it's not sustainable.

We keep on running our faucets but with only 1 single roll per day.

These guys could have made the site profitable but they chose to do nothing.

I remember your warning but that doesn't explain why TheQuin and wetsuit are inactive. Why are they? Do you have any idea? They are destroying the reputation of this website while any of them could easily come here and comment, that would solve 99% of the problems.

I am not advertising, I am not a worker or owner there. BECAUSE gambling is not the sustainable way of LIVING.

Because REFERRALS and INTEREST is the thing that made me buy a house, and lost 0 money by gAmBlInG.

If you don't like "cOlOrS" and "lAyOuT" but the website DON'T HOLKD YOU MONEY AGAINST YOUR WILL, anything ETHICAL is better than freebitcoin up to this point.
