I just clicked on that button. It worked and I was able to exchange reward point for WOF spins, but it doesn't really matter whether you can exchange your reward points to WOF spins or not. Because even if you can do so and win some bitcoin, you won't be able to withdraw your funds. Freebitco hasn't processed any withdrawals for more than two months.

I found an archived version of that website. It was similar to freebitco and had hourly faucet, but this doesn't mean it had the same owners as freebitco.

I would say this feature is working perfectly fine as I just tried it to find out it is, what I did suggest you do is check your device or internet connection, the issue should be one of this.

Remember, according to section 3.2 of FBC's terms and conditions, they have to try to give reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal of services.  If the site shuts down without any sort of official announcement, they can conceivably be sued for breach of contract (which they already could by anyone who hasn't received a "substantive response" from customer support within an 8-week period after contacting them, according to section 16.5).  All we need to do is find them...

It is the registrant or lets call it the domain provider who gets the money. For example: if namecheap auctions the domain then they will get the money.
If multiple sites auctions the expired domain then the one who closes the sale first will get the money.
The domain name still holds value even if the site doesn't because of it's unique name.
Anyone who buys that domain will be making significantly more than invested if he uses the domain properly.
